I've come to this store a few times, but the last trip was 15 min. before closing and these guys went above and beyond to take care of. They were patient and hooked me up with a new phone. They could have kicked me out at closing, but instead the Mgr. & the clerk both stayed 45 min. longer than they had to for me.I really appreciated what they did for me.These guys will lookout for you!

I went there and purchased a phone and the pregnant lady sold me and put tempered glass on my phone that did not fit my phone. When I asked her why it didn't go all the way across, she said bc my phone is curved. My phone is not curved. Anyway, I purchased tempered glass from somewhere else and it fits perfectly. I buy phones from that store every year, but I won't be anymore. She had me waste $20 that I could've did something else with.

They up graded me from a Alcatel Force 4 to a Samsung Galaxy J7 Star, so I could have a better smartphone, double the memory without having to buy an SD card! I have a lot of storage for games apps and a whole lot more than my old smartphone! It also has a lot more options on this one than the old one in which is much better for me! "Thank You MetroPCS & T-Mobile"!
