“I was looking for an outfit for a Diwali party. I found a great dress but also had an enjoyable visit and gained a lot of knowledge about appropriate clothes for Diwali and the upcoming wedding I'm invited to. Patient and knowledgeable staff. Wide selection of styles, colors, and sizes (surprising for such a tiny shop). A few days later I brought in my very dubious husband; he found several outfits he liked (and bought two!). Good prices (as far as I can tell from comparisons online) and they do alterations! What's not to like?”

Really loved seeing made in the USA options too, you will never find that at boot barn. Family businesses make all the difference. They also do hat shaping and cleaning to get it just the way you want it.”
“Second time I've been here.. as neat as the car were. It was the people I got to talk with that were the high light for me.. there was Bill that I met in there, and he was really a pleasure to talk to.. we were just chatting and some of the things he told me gave character to the cars. That was better than the cars. It gave the cars a soul rather than just metal. Susan's mechanic was in there working on a few things.. it was great to hear him talk about some of the work he'd done on some of the cars because it made the cars real. I'm a mechanic, and it made the cars easier to see for the craftsmanship he'd put into them. The lady at the register told me about a few of her days ..she was a delight.”
“This place was not on my list of stores to shop but it will be from now on. I was able to find me a pair of nice quality sweat pants that were very comfortable. I even bought me a Detroit Lions shorts and T Shirt set. The young lady cashier was instrumental in helping me find the sweats. There was no zip up hoodie to go with it but that's ok. What I bought was just fine. For big and or tall guys and gals check this store out.”

“I was the last minute person in need of some “upgrades” to my attire for a wedding.! After a one thousand mile drive to MI, I went to the Jos A Bank in Livonia. Samantha and Moses were exceptionally helpful. Not having what I asked for initially, Samantha recommended a rival store as a possible solution. She then offered to help me “put something together” if they couldn’t help. Impressed by this, I went to the competitor and they also didn’t have what I asked for so I went back and got with Samantha and Moses.!
They pulled out all the stops and built my attire for the dinner and the ceremony both.!! They checked with their tailor and he was able to modify the two pieces required to complete my outfits.!!! This all happened in one day and even if it wasn’t the norm, the results were impressive.!!!
The store was fine, but Samantha and Moses deserve recognition for providing outstanding customer service.!!!”
“I'm very new to fly fishing and my cheap trout rod snapped so I stopped in to treat myself to a better rod because i've discovered fly fishing for trout is litteral crack and having very little knowledge or experience the sales rep went what I felt like (very easy to please) above and beyond for me and helped me pick out a very specific fly rod rod for the type of fishing I normally do and helped me pick out a reel and spooled it for me and even offered to let me cast it outside to see if it's really what I wanted and this was while they where closing. If catching bass and pike is as fun on the fly as trout I will definitely be back to purchase another set up from this location. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and I feel like I learned a fair amount too. I was helped by a older gentleman I dont remember his name but I hope I see him again. Stopped in 4/4/24Hydros 3 and recon 5 wt 9ft”

“We were looking for a tuxedo for my son’s prom since the one I ordered ended up getting canceled. After a few stops at other places we ended at Fashion International. As soon as you walked in you were greeted and everyone in there was looking SHARP. My son was looking for a specific look and after discussing with Melvin and Larry he went with a better look. The way these gentleman assisted my son and made him feel like he was the only customer in there was amazing. The customer service you will receive from here is beyond spectacular. “Had an issue with a product that was just past it's warranty. The manager Amanda Taylor took excellent care of me and provided me top notch service and professionalism. I showed an obvious defect in a product and they were able to exchange the item for a new one. This was 1990's service in the post-covid era. I highly recommend this store.”

“Excellent energy from every employee but one, this one employee was very rude and it started because she told me I had to use there hand sanitizer and I insisted on using my own.... well apparently that was all she needed to be rude to me for the remainder of my time in the store. Other customers picked up on her negative vibe as well. However, my experience was still enjoyable and I'm definitely returning to this location.”
