Hello I've been their for the past 2 days and the African guy was very rude, don't speak when costumers are coming in the store, I highly recommend not going to this location he don't speak until it's time to spend money. Make you feel very unwelcomed don't ask if you need help until you approach them. ????????????

Always used this location, after today will find somewhere else to spend my money. Been going here for 17 years. Just dropped 50, ask the the little girl at the counter to put my receipt in the bag. I received an eye roll & her not so smart as comment. "YOU could've put it in the bag", now why was that necessary. I didn't waste no time when I spoke to the manager, in her face letting her know how unprofessional that was to say. She apparently has no clue without consumers, she has no job because that's where the pay checks come from.

Do not by flexi rods here they are flimsy and barely hold your hair and cost more than Hollywood go to Hollywood it's cheaper and they're better mad I wasted my money

The African Guy treated a Black Woman very Rude, I will NEVER Go back again. Don't he know there's a Beauty Supply store on Every corner, now I See why only 1 or 2 people in that Store.??????POOR BUSINESS, GO BACK TO AFRICAN!!!!!

Staff very knowledgeable and always polite. Store always clean and well stocked. I can always find what I’m looking for from a beauty standpoint. They even have clothes, hats, hot curlers and clippers, etc. There is a wig area in the back.

Pros: Large store. Plenty of parking.Cons: the staff is useless. The young black men that work there have two functions; to make sure you don't steal and ring you up fast(get that money). No one greets you or ask if you found everything you are looking for. They carry a lot of bad product lines(the owners aren't black). Don't try to return anything; they bring the drama then. The prices go up twice per month on some items. The samples that should free are separated from the items and sold separately. There is so much more, see it for yourself.
