Been taking dog here for months, after being told my pet was a bit to active while getting groomed, I actively was advised to get him an anxiety pill, I did. Then upon attempting to get Ted an appt, was giving the run around with appts and just was finally told, they not going to accommodate his grooming any longer! Very Disappointing and I believe it's discriminatory, I recommend you seek other services, outside Redford and ban this location for such acts.

Absolutely recommend Jan's. Mitch was incredible!! We have a dog who is dog reactive and very anxious. Mitch was amazing with her. We walked in the door and he immediately got on the floor and started petting and loving on our dog. She gives us a hard time cutting her nails, but Mitch was done before she even realized what was happening. I am blown away. They've got a new loyal customer!! Thank you Mitch!!

I had my dogs nails trimmed. I was in and out in about 3-4 minutes. Very nice and friendly people. I'll be back for sure.

Jan's was recommended to me when looking for a new groomer for my dog son Biscuit. I was anxious about trying yet another groomer, but it quickly went out the door by the way we were greeted walking in. It's a family ran business, the kind where they want to get to know you and your canine. I'm more than happy that I listened. Mitch did a fantastic job on him, by far the best groomer I've come across. He did exactly what I asked for and Biscuit was feeling his cut too. Biscuit was super handsome, in a good mood and even dressed when I picked him up. That speaks volumes to me, so when I'm asked where he got groomed, I proudly share that Mitch, our new groomer takes care of us. Thank you very much.

Came here to get my cats anal glands expressed and her nails done. I don't think I was even in the building for a full five minutes. Great place and I'll be coming back to get her groomed

Imagine it’s late at night & you hear your dog making noise and he has to go outside so you let them out. Upon letting him back in you instantly smell a foul smell of a skunk. What do you do? Well you call Chaston or Mitch at Jan’s pet grooming. Thanks Chaston for getting bear smelling good again.

Wish I could of done no stars. I really love Candy and her work have been dealing with her for yrs tried to call and got nasty son Mitch he will ruin her business. Mitch was nasty unprofessional & rude. He was popping his lips and all sad.Well moving on I wish Candy the best. Mitch needs to know he didn't build the clientail and won't keep it.Funny I just posted this and ignorant Mitch called left a nasty msg on my vm that I will be using to report him. Mirch told me that is why they made the decision not to take me because of my litlle post...he is silly that was not what Candy and I dicussed Candy use to do my dogs anal glands and sometimes one of my pooches that was why I called.Mitch needs to learn he is not in everything.
