“This location is the location I will going to from now on. It's clean and the Manager James is amazing and so knowledgeable about the phones and how to troubleshoot them. I can finally check my voicemail again! I went in for a new phone and he was very helpful and so personable. He didn't try to upsell me or hassle me. He was patient and let me test out a new phone I wasn't sure about because it wasn't my first choice. Which was perfect because I loved it and ended up getting it. He also got my husband a good deal on a really nice tablet because they are currently having a back to school sale! If you're looking for an honest location with excellent customer service this is where you need to go.”

“Today I stopped into Westlands T-Mobile store on Ford Rd. I was hoping to find just a replacement device for a cracked phone that I have hoping it would be compatible with the SIM card that I already have also. What I received though instead is incredible.So when I walked in they were very busy with each counter having representatives helping other customers yet as soon as the first representative completed helping his customer I was promptly greeted and asked how I could be helped. I explained my situation and was directed to the next customer representative that would be of maximum assistance for myspecific needs and after waiting very briefly that's exactly what I got.Isaac introduced himself to me and once I explained my situation I was unexpectedly given very reasonable options to join TMobile as my new cellular provider.I'm just absolutely thrilled with my new Samsung phone that was provided, and Isaac taking into account the price range I had available was able to get me a Samsung tablet, an OtterBox case for my phone, a new charge cord and adapter, and worked all this out within the range of my budget and provide me a manageable monthly payment.Lastly the entire staff in the store all were extremely friendly and welcoming and very efficient. I even received a follow-up call from Isaac just to make sure that through the T-Mobile app I was able to take advantage of another $10 savings through autopay. I found that the quality of Isaac and the rest of the staff in that store truly exceeded my experiences in years past with other carriers and that makes me happy as well as excited that I now get to enjoy my new devices thanks to them.I strongly recommend if you're looking for a new device or even switch to a new carrier and you're in the Westland area to stop in T-Mobile off of Ford road close to Wildwood and you will be able to have a great experience as well.”

“Aa anyone who's dealt with Comcast/Xfinity customer service knows, it can be quite a frustrating experience. My company recently switched our business cellular service from Tmobile to Comcast Business Mobile. My phone, a Galaxy S10, had instant and persistent issues, including no access to mobile data. Meaning no ability to use internet or apps that need internet. So, I went to this store to buy a new phone. They didn't have either of the 2 phones in stock that I wanted. However, the customer rep that was helping me, Veronica M., reached out to her counterparts at other locations to see if they had them. While we were waiting on a response from them, she tried to get my mobile data access working. She helped/worked with me for over a half hour. In the end, my mobile data access did start working, it just took an hour for it to activate. Veronica is a A+++ customer service rep. She was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate about my issues. She definitely went above and beyond. Veronica is the type of person you hope to get when you need help, but rarely do. If I were a top muckity muck at Comcast/Xfinity, I'd get her into an upper level position, immediately.”

This is a busy corporate location so be sure to make an appointment online before you go or you are likely to have a long wait. By far our preferred location to deal with.”
