Customer service completely unacceptable I arrived at this establishment for a simple oil change upon entering I was not greeted so I waited 15min for someone to enter.. once a representative finally entered a customer that had arrived after me was serviced before me .. I then processed to question how that customer could have been serviced before me ?..the representative failed to probably explain to me how nor did that individual apologize for the inconvenience so I left I’ll take my business elsewhere

Service was absolutely horrible. I came in for a walk in tire replacement, they informed me that I would have to make an appointment and come back at a later time. I made an appointment for two days out and when my appointment day came I arrived 20 minutes early. They informed me they were taking my car to the back and that it shouldn’t take no longer than a hour. After a hour past, I went up to the service desk for an update and the clerk informed me that they did not have my tire in stock and that i would again, have to come back another day. It was very time wasting and a lack of consideration. They also told me they were going to call the following day to let me know when the tire was delivered for me to come at a good time. No one ever called to inform me, I had to call two times to get an answer.

The oil change experience was good. However the car wash service, for which I paid , was terrible, the car was still unclean on the outside. The wait for the wash was terrible. I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and did not leave the site until 3:45 p. m. From now on, I will just get an oil change at George Mattick. The wait is entirely too long.

I had such a positive experience with your Body Shop. The repairs were done to perfection on my 2022 C8 Corvette. The communication with the support staff was excellent and I always felt that they were really listening to me. The work was done in a timely fashion and under budget. I will highly recommend Mike and the gang there to everyone.

Out of state resident trying to trade in a 2-year-old vehicle that is leased, and was told that they cannot do out of state trades with a lien. I asked the sales representative that I was speaking to if it was some kind of weird Michigan law and they stopped replying to my message. I looked up the law in Michigan and found that the dealer just has to agree to pay off the loan and they can process the trade-in. Not sure what the disconnect is but I was ready to make a deal. This seems like it is discriminating against out-of-state buyers.

I really wanted to buy a used truck here (money in hand) but I am over an hour away and their not open on Saturday? My weekdays are hard to get away in the evenings. I called a salesperson and asked if they did by appointment on Saturdays but she said no. Talk about a dealership that DOESN'T cater to customers, what an absolute joke of a place. My $45,000 spends just as well at other dealerships as that is where I will be going.
