Last night the pharmacist told me that insurance wasn’t covering my prescriptions and laughed at me when I was trying to understand why they weren’t covered and instructed me to call the insurance company. After an hour on the phone with insurance we discovered the problem was the pharmacist had entered my insurance information incorrectly and as a result I didn’t receive my desperately needed prescriptions.

This is only for the manager at the pharmacy. I have been picking up prescriptions, small ones, but picking up prescriptions for years. I went to go get a prescription refilled for my dog. I thought the vet had called in the refill, but he didn’t and the words from the pharmacist were now you’re making us rush around and fill a prescription, It’s just bad business. I honestly don’t know how to fill prescriptions because I don’t get many of them. My one prescription I get a month it’s automatically refilled and I get texts about it. She is usually so nice to me every time I go there. I don’t know or care what she meant by I saying “it’s bad business “but that was the worst experience I’ve ever had at that pharmacy, and they are usually so nice.

the actual pharmacist helped me. my co pay went up super high even she wa shocked. I went to my car to call blue cross. it was a Sunday they were closed. I walked back in she said you got it taken care of. I said no. she stopped what she was doing and called blue cross and they explained it all to her and then to me. I WANT TO THANK HER AGAIN SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Life is so overwhelming and nothing smooth and she smoothed that out for me. my job changed tiers and now co pay is higher. thank you Mrs. pharmacist. Tresiba patient.

Manager was late for work and they couldn't open the store. As I was pulling out, he pulled in so I stayed to do my shopping. The manager took his time opening all the registers, starting with pharmacy because they were literally begging him over the intercom to open their registers so they could take care of patients.After the fruit cake manager got to the front to open a register, I said finally to him. He grabbed all my items and told me to leave the store. Little princess manager with his girl pants on can't handle anyone using words towards him that he doesn't like.

i used to come to this CVS all of the time but i wont be returning because on june 26th around late 6pm early 7pm i was racially profiled and followed around by a male employee while shopping as if i was going to steal even though i was holding a shopping basket. i saw him from the corner of my eye facing towards me at the end of the aisle and i looked at him twice with confusion and he just stared back at me without saying anything and continued to stand there without even making it discreet. when i went to another aisle he was at the end of the aisle doing the exact same thing and then he stood behind me the whole time i was checking out at the self checkout. this is no longer a comfortable place for me to shop and i’ll go to another CVS rather than subject myself to something like that.

Amazing customer service from the young cashier ariana! My phone was not cooperating with the photo machine and not only did this young lady sit with me for 10 minutes trying to fix my phone, when it wouldnt work she allowed me to use her phone! I have never in my 50 years of living came across a cashier with so much patience and care for a customer. Good Job ??

I regularly experience the best customer service that I've received at any cvs recently, including quick response time when the self-scan decides that I need assistance.
