Tried to charge me a $25 "activation fee" for purchasing their phone.All you have to do is put the chip in the phone. Ripping people off is not cool.

Manager set me up with Autopay. The Manger admitted to setting it up but it didn't go thur. Cricket want to charge me 15$ late fee for something that is the Company fault. Refused to take off activation fee. I'm going to AT&T.
