“Very efficient location. The staff use to be top notch. The two young men who worked there in the past were excellent. There is a new you man there who is as excellent. However, the young ladies I have encountered leaves a lot to be desired. One has a poor attitude and one have made mistakes on my account a couple of times. I do miss the Telegraph location. I will continue to do my banking there.”

“I love Credit Union One for so many reasons. My local branch is staffed with the most knowledgeable, caring, empathetic and most important, they're so willing to work with you on every request. you bring to them. I have seen a couple of negative reviews for Credit Union One, but those negative statements are coming from people that have been refused credit or loans.When I started with Credit Union One, my credit was horrible. However, I was so fortunate to be able to sit down and discuss my situation with one of the managers. She helped me to get into a "secured" credit card. I made sure to charge small amounts every month and then pay the entire balance off each month.We also set up an automatic deposit for a savings account. Within 6 months, my credit score had jumped over 100 points, my bills were getting paid on time, and PAID OFF!!And for the first time in years, I actually had a nice little savings account. What started out as a "little savings account" has turned into 3 different types of high interest savings accounts.I have never experienced a banking facility such as Credit Union One. It's like a hometown bank. I feel like I'm meeting with friends when I need to go into the local branch. I have referred several people to Credit Union One and they are now members.I have never had one bad experience with Credit Union One. I definitely recommend Credit Union One of Michigan!!”

My experience here at the vibe Credit Union is always pleasant when it comes to my teller.I also asked for a personal loan and my loan officer Tracy was so nice. “I've been a member of Vibe Credit Union for a long time. Back when they were called Telcom. I like the Southfield branch especially because it's within walking distance of home. It has a neighborhood feel unlike some of the big banks. Members are always acknowledged upon entry.”

“Tracy in lending at Vibe took on a very challenging situation for me. I had opened savings accounts for grandchildren when they were babies. Now that many are over the age of 18, 6 out of 13 to be exact, I wanted them to have access to their accounts but they couldn’t get access because I had never set them up that way. Many of them are out of state now and 2 in the military. Tracy took on this task, kept me informed all the way and didn’t stop until they could all have access. Very challenging for her and she was so kind and helpful throughout the process! What a pleasure to work with her. Thank you Tracy!”
“They are helpful, nice, and easy to work with especially for borrowing and paying backloans. Your local branch is there to help you through and streamline processes. Online bill pay is also set up well. Rates are good especially with member 1/2 percent dividends even on borrowed amounts.”
