Went to close out elderly mothers safe deposit box that for some shady reason they made her sign a new signature card 14 years ago when we were all on it prior they made her change it then the red tape and showing legal do uments for power of attorney then they taking their time and denying our legal documents wanting their paperwork filled out struggling with an elderly parent with dementia is like dealing with a 2 year old and struggling to have them sit down stay focused to.sign umpteen pages and initial line after line after line half way thru she got frustrated having to do repetitive work she didn't want to finish ut forcing her to finish so we can go get her things from her safe deposit box before they confiscate it because we aren't paying for it anymore were using the funds for her care they denied their forms on a technicality so now were forced to drag her out of her facility to take her to the bank to sit around waiting to get her things out of her box. Too much work for them to do nothing.

Friendly service which is why I gave this place 3 stars. After literal years of cashing savings bonds without an account - I am suddenly no longer able to do this very thing. I started my transaction by telling the teller that I had no account and this has not been a problem before. But then she felt the need to inform me anyways. You as a company then wonder why I won't get an account.

Came in to put a down payment on a house with a account number and routing number for the owner I was purchasing from.....they couldn't complete a transfer or a wire. So they get me to purchase a cashiers check for 10 bucks...send me on my way with my envelope of paperwork.....I get to the other bank wich I shouldn't have had to go to at all and behold!!! My ID wasn't returned to me in my envelope of paperwork so now back to chase to get that before I can move forward with my day .....waste of time and energy....worst branch around

I didn't expect to like this bank. After working a really terrible hack by an ex-boyfriend, the bank managers/account specialists (?) tolerated my lengthy story and gave me a chance to explain things. They helped immediately and immensely. As I waited briefly for my appointment ( you can walk in and sign for a chat, too), I noticed that the line for the regular banking queue, customers and the banking staff knew each other by name, quite often. I consider it more of a neighborhood bank feel, despite being one of the largest banks globally. Definitely recommend!

Omg again I went inside the bank, stood there for two minutes looked at one of the youngest tellers there. She was just looking down. It almost look like she was sleeping. Finally, I said, are you taking customers and she goes yes. The money I took out cash she just threw in an envelope and I said, do you think you can count that in front of me and she just looked at me dumbfounded and said sure this branch is absolutely horrible. The ATMs never work even the one in the lobby. This is unbelievable.

Why is it impossible to know what time your local branch lobby closes? It is nowhere on the website, if you call, you get re-directed to the website! Why is it such a mystery Chase? Some of us are old, and not tech savvy. Wouldn't it be kinder to just post BOTH the hours the lobby opens and closes?

Just drive to the location in Livonia on six mile that actually will answer the phone. I should have. This location in Redford should be shutdown. Made an online appointment several weeks out because we needed a Saturday to arrive with the employee having a planned day off per teller. Nobody could help me and told me to try another branch. They all are appointment based with no appointments available.

If I could give zero stars I would. These girls were completely unprofessional, and rude. I would never bank with Chase after dealing with them today. It’s one thing to not be able to resolve an issue, it’s a whole separate thing to approach the situation with an attitude and nastiness. I hope you find jobs better suited to your delightful personalities. ??
