We got a detail done through a Groupon. The cleaning was okay given it was a discounted price, but as soon as we dropped it off they tried to push us on some $60 add-on and felt like a bait and switch attempt. Also, they NEVER answer the phone. To book the appointment from the Groupon you have to call, can't book line. I was calling 4-5 times a day for multiple days until someone finally called me back. You are a business, pick up the damn phone!

Wanted swirls and light scratches removed and from my truck, made it clear these were my main concerns, had what i thought was a stage 1paint correction. Job was half done, scratch and swirls still there, after complaining was told this wasnt a stage 1, it was basically just a wash and wax with extra services performed. My truck looks horrible and they refuse to make it right.

Made it clear i wanted swirls and light scratches removed from my truck. Thought i was getting stage 1 paint correction. When i got my truck back it still had swirls and light scratches. Looks terrible on sunny day. Upon complaining was informed i got basic wax and interior job with extra services. My main concern was the swirls and the scratches which very little attention was given to.Im not satisfied and they refuse to make it right.

Brought a van in for the spa package plus ozone machine ($350) at 8:30 AM was told it would be done at 6pm. At 12:30 I got a call it was done. Spa package says 6 hours of cleaning with ozone add on being 30 minutes. How did they get 6 and a half hours of work done in 4? Outside wasn't bad, inside was not good. Doesn't even look like they went in the third row. Whatever chemical they used to clean my radio has left a hazy film on the touch screen. Manager told me he put his best employee on my van, I'd hate to see his worst. Complete waste of time and money.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Well, setting the appointment was unorganized I set a time for an appointment, but got an email with a different appointment time- when I called they gave me another different time. Well now I’m sitting outside of the place, have been for 45 mins and I have somewhere else to go, I also have my wife and baby who were coming just to pick me up-they’re having to wait. No one is answering the phone and the building is closed. I paid the total upfront so I expect superior service for 200+ dollars, will be expecting a discount for the inconvenience.Service: Auto detailing

I contacted the merchant regarding the poor quality of service and they never replied. I did not want to leave a poor review, but had no choice . As you will see in my photos, the Jeep was not completely cleaned. My husband even cleaned it inside and out prior to dropping it off at the merchant's Redford location. I felt confident that the "pros" will make it look beautiful since most of the reviews are good. I definitely did not receive a complete interior or exterior detailing job. The website claimed to be worth $249.00 I paid $135.00 on Groupon and would gladly have paid that amount IF I had "professional" service.Complete Interior and Exterior Detail. Includes:exterior hand wash including tires, wheels, and door jambs - NOclay bar treatment on all painted surfaces - ???removal of all bugs, tar, and tree sap - NOapplication of carnauba wax - ???window cleaning - HALF DONEglossing of tires and door seals - YES TIRES / NO DOOR SEALSvacuuming of all interior fabrics -HALF DONEfull shampoo service on all fabrics - HALF DONEclean and condition on all leather surfaces and interior plastics - ???

Brought here my Estoril Blue Crystal Effect Audi for paint restoration after a nightmare carwash experience(deep scratches all over, unimaginable to rescue). Was indeed hopeless after others said it was too deep to fix.
