UPDATE: purchased car in January, it's April... no title. Advised title was ordered in March ¿ right at 90 days... leaks, noise... even reached out to discuss warranty options... no conversation. My salesperson. Tasha was awesome, in conversing. The technician Trey was VERY helpful in suggestions and care for the vehicle. I don't feel the carfax detail was given as the repair history only showed the number reported, but not the services. Didn't show any accidents. However, there was evidence of suspension work, and the "noise" coming from the vehicle seems more than from potholes. The interior of the vehicle was great. it definitely doesn't match the high miles that are on the vehicle. I've tried calling the dealer to ask for warranty purchase details, no success this far I'll see them when I get my plate. Dealer had a wide variety of vehicles, that weren't on their website so if you see one you like, you may wanna step in to take a look. Be aware there is a fee for swiping a credit card. Unlike New vehicle purchase, they don't fill the gas tank. Be sure to do as much research on a vehicle before you buy, ask questions based on your findings, if you can, take a mechanic when shopping. I was glad to have the opportunity to speak with the person that maintains the vehicles, this is a plus as many dealers send their cars to an offsite repair facility and therefore really can't address the condition. Buying a used car is an uneasy experience, Tasha and Trey ease some of my anxiety.

This place is a joke. The owner is selling vehicles with water damage from down south. He will tell you he will fix any problem with the vehicle to get you to sign, then tell you to take him to court. Which we plan on doing this month. Please stay away from this place.

Sold me a ford edge in terrible condition, has been broken down more than it has been running in the last year I have owned it. Awful scammers do not buy from these people!! If I could leave negative stars I would, worst experience I've ever had.

Absolutely disgusting ownership/ customer service. My family bought a car & broke down a few miles from the shop, nearly catching fire. Trying to contact the owner is nearly impossible. The biggest scam I have ever witnessed!STEER CLEAR!!!

I’ve always purchased my cars from a major dealership so I was a little nervous about coming to a small independent lot. I’m so glad I did… they were great! Really nice people. I bought a 2008 Chevy Colorado from this place, not even 2 weeks of me having it I noticed the bed was leaning a little bit on the cab, so I took a look under it and then I noticed that the frame was basically completely rotted through, so I called the dealership and they told me that they don't buy vehicles with bad frames and told me that it was my job to safe check the vehicle, which is obviously not true and they refused to do anything about it, so now I am stuck with a $400 payment each month for a vehicle that is unsafe to be on the road, I've been trying to get in contact with the owner for over a month, I have called multiple times and every time they tell me they'll let the owner know I called so either he's dodging my calls or they are not letting him know I called so it looks like if they don't want to be civil about it I'm going to have to get the courts involved.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would. My fiancé got a truck from them about 3 months ago and ever since then it’s been nothing but problems. They don’t have a mechanic that checks on their vehicles, so their spec check isn’t completed properly. We spent over $3000 in repairs that they said would be covered under our warranty and were not. They are very unprofessional. They are willing to take peoples personal information over the phone and then not respond for days. Absolutely terrible service all the way around. Very disappointed and would not recommend this business to anyone!

Horrible dealership. DO NOT make the same mistake I did. They offer to pay me for a 5 star review and I’m glad I didn’t give em a good one. I for one fell for they fake reviewsThey cars might look nice but it’s a lot of disguised problems. I have my car for less than 6 months and I had nothing but problem’s.I found a oil change receipt in my owner manual that showed my car has less miles than now three years ago? How????????????????????????????????? Tell me how....They turning back the miles and charging you full price and more.See you crooks in court

Diagnosis was completed and I paid my cash for it they guy said i needed leveling sensors drove my car in on a later date to have the service completed then the guy says that they’re computer couldn’t read my computer but now I’m currently getting it towed to the dealership suspension failed with lights on the dash now but they telling me nthn was done to my car bad business never again false diagnosis if you can’t fix it just say you can’t fix it should’ve went to the dealer the first time 80 mile drive for nthn

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting the dynamic duo Mark and Tasha. I was in the market for a new vehicle for my birthday and ended up leaving with what I wanted a Cadillac. The monthly payment was what I wanted and the vehicle is great. Mark was not a hound like most car salesmen and made me feel comfortable with looking around, test driving and making the purchase. Tasha is wonderful as well and the two work together like a musical arrangements. The reviews that I read before going were on point, because Prime Time Auto is a great lot to find what you want at the payment you want. I will definitely recommend them.

I just bought a GMC Sierra from Mark and the team, and it was an excellent experience. I went to a few dealerships prior to visiting Prime Time Auto, and there was a stark contrast as far as atmosphere and quality of service. At the other dealerships I felt like I needed a shower after I left, and used car sales people can be really overwhelming. But Mark was totally different. There was no pressure and he was very upfront about everything. They also included a 12 month/12k mile warranty for no additional cost, which is awesome.I would highly recommend Prime Time Auto. I’m really happy with my purchase, and it was a really painless process, particularly compared to other used dealerships (at least in my experience).
