After our insurance deemed our car as a total loss, we were in search of a replacement through Carfax. This is how I came across Prime Time. My call was answered right away, we went to test drive and purchased immediately. Huge selection and Great prices. But most of all the customer service Gus and his team provided, was outstanding. I got sold a LEMON. 1st day off the lot car stopped on my way to work. Gus fixed the car, I have no tread on the tires and was slipping and sliding all over the place when it rained. Had to pay $300 for tires then the tire place told me I needed an alignment and new tire rods because there is fromt end damage to the vehicle. Spoke to GUS and he had an attitude because he doesn't want to accept accountability then told me he was going to withhold giving me my license plate and registration until I paid him the other $1000 for the downpayment which I told him is illegal!! At this point I'm ready to go to court! I haven't even had this car for 3 weeks yet SMH. Then he tried to lie and say I burned the seats in the loaner car I had to drive....I DONT EVEN smoke, the loaner car and my car were both dirty and uncleaned, any burns came from his worker. I just may have contact the BBB, LARA, and whoever else. STAY FAR AWAY, I will be so glad when I get my plates, fix up my car, and give him the rest of the money so I can be done with this place!!!!! Very sad
Update: Alternator just went out yeaterday..Haven't had this POS even a month!!!!!! There is no way he didnt know all this mess was wrong with this car. BUYER BEWARE
Update: In regards to the reply, I had no ATTITUDE, it was GUS with the attitude, Kept telling him I don't understand where the animosity is coming from on his end and i'm trying to speak like adults... Then of course I got hung up on!!! What a LIAR... BEWARE. How the heck are you mad that YOU sold ME a lemon... Just pathetic
And when I called this morning and told him about the car messing up AGAIN, he said, "what do you want me to do about it, that's not my problem" what a P.o.s. and as you can see he didn't deny Anything I said because I recorded the conversation!!!! Don't play with me!

Gus was absolutely amazing, when I walked in he told me ill be driving out TODAY! Not only did he offer me a great deal also help guide me thru the insurance and plate process.I definitely would recommend him for reliable vehicle and quick process.

Much love for this place! Will be back and will be my first recommendation for anyone! They were flexible with our come and go schedule, and still got everything done the same day. Our credit wasnt the best, but they made sure our down payment was affordable and even offered 3x as much for my trade in than ive been offered everywhere else. They offer an amazing 2 year warranty, and we're just so patient and kind with my 2 year old. Such a blessing to have met everyone. Thank you all so much!
