Had a delivery anticipated for Friday (2/10) and after hearing nothing when Friday came and went, I called them for an update on Monday. After I finally got someone to return a call, they said it wouldn't be until Thursday. No explanation for the delay or option to expedite. No one seems to care or take pride in what they are doing there.

Have a delivery using Abrams as the final local leg. Anticipated delivery was Friday. No calls, no delivery, nothing. Weekend comes and goes, so I reach out to the original carrier on Monday. They say they will email the company. Call back at end of day to follow up, they "should" call you shortly. I get the call an hour later and expected delivery is now Thursday. I feel like my delivery is being held hostage and the dispatcher is too busy to be bothered to do their job. So far, I would not recommend this trucking company. Will update if anything positive happens.

This company has awful customer service. They have had my property for over 3 weeks and I have had to call 3 times to try to get it delivered. They are rude, unprofessional and I would never choose to use this company or recommend them to any retailer to use for delivery of their product!

It is very hard to get in touch with this company. I got an automatic email saying my order has arrived this warehouse and I would be contacted within the next business day to set up delivery appointment. It took several phone calls and over 2 weeks to finally reach someone and than another 3 days to schedule the delivery. Finally, the item was delivered 4 weeks after the initial message.

Had a sofa delivered through Abrams, not by my choice. They were in possession on the item for two weeks prior to me reaching out to them. The dispatcher "never got around to scheduling". Finally set a date after I got in touch with seller. They showed up 4 hours after the 4 hour "window" that was scheduled, and 2+ hours after a call that indicated they were "almost there" at least we got our stuff after reading other reviews...

Let me tell you all in a little inside info about abrams movin n storage, i was a delivery driver for 3 years there and the wherehouse is completely gross and riddled with rats, birds and raccoons it leaks like a 3rd world dam when it rains and wasnt cleaned 1 time in the 3 years i worked there, and second the owner gets paid everytime anything is delivered meaning if its damage or refused he gets paid for the returned or damaged item an also let me say items were damaged 40% of the time before they left the wherehouse with the boss knowing full well they would be returned so he would get paid twice for the refusal n when the company would send a replacement.....the lady in the front office talkin to customers an confirming apps is a complete an utter hag and will ruin ur day if u question any of day to day opperations , her name is teresa btw, if u think im liein or bitter see for yourself i promise everything iv stated is the complete truth and iv felt like trash the past 3 years being apart of this company an subjecting them to the abrams way........ Im sorry i didnt say anything sooner to the people who we work for , so please think twice before going threw this company , its not worth it and if u wanna pay the delivery charge 3 or 4 times because your item was damaged apon arrival then fine but ur just lineing the owners pocket with ur hard earned cash......

Our desk has been sitting in their warehouse for weeks and their phone number doesn't answer. Don't use them. Ever.

UPDATE: I wanted to say I appreciated the owner being available to talk by phone. After some miscommunications with the staff, the delivery team did a great job. I decided to change my review from 1 star to a 4 star review. Previous Post from original 1 Star Review: After actually waiting 6+ weeks for 2 appliances from I ordered from Sears Outlet, a delivery was scheduled for today July, 28, 2017. I confirmed the delivery time yesterday, and confirmed with the scheduler over the phone the amount of time needed for delivery, and moving appliances. She told me hiring them for 1.5 hours would not be an issue, and she would double check and contact me if there was an issue. I also agreed to pay their hourly rate for up to two hours of services at $95 per hour. When they arrived, they had the itinerary of what needed to be done, but wanted to charge $95 per hour for 2 full hours, even if the time needed was only 1.5 hours. I agreed to paying for 2 full hours, and using only 1.5 hours (or maybe even less) being in such a tough position. However, i did mention that if I was paying for 2 full hours we could not just take our time with everything. I wanted to see a positive side of things since I was going to pay more than necessary. Since they were already here with my appliances, I also had waited long enough for these to finally arrive. I also had other appliances needed to be moved a.s.a.p. by their company, as agreed. Then out of nowhere the delivery person said, actually we only have 1 hour. Huh? I was confused since, didn't we already spent like 10 minutes talking about the hourly rate, and going over what needed to be done? With the delivery person saying they had only 1 hour, I asked what would happen if it takes more than an hour? He just repeated "we only have 1 hour". I then said once again, but what if it takes more than an hour to move appliances to the other house, etc? Concerned, I said "are you just going to leave my stuff in the middle of the street" if takes longer than an hour? He just repeated, "we only have an hour". This made the situation very uncomfortable. We went from scheduling and confirming this delivery and moving appliances weeks ago, and double confirming over the phone with the scheduler yesterday to this? They are still holding my appliances (refrigerator and stove), now going on week number 7 this Monday. When I called the scheduler after this mess, she didn't acknowledge the agreement we had regarding the time needed for delivery and moving appliances. Instead, she accused me of telling their driver that I was going to "keep the drivers there" for 2 hours for no reason? I told her I never told the driver that, and why would I want to do that anyway? I simply repeated that I had confirmed with her that the job might take 1.5 hours as we talked many times about this. However, I also told her that if it could take less time, that would be good. She then said, "you'll have to call back on Monday". Then she actually hung up on while I was asking her to reschedule. One thing I regret while the delivery people were here is saying out-loud to my wife out of complete frustration, that they were "jokers". I do apologize for saying that. This whole mess was not entirely their fault, but seems also a company wide issue. I'm left wondering what to do now, and have no reassurance and little trust for this company after trying to call back many times. I ended up having to leave voicemails instead. Now, after trying to figure out what the heck happened, I am astonished at the company's lack of care. Instead of resolving this situation, and rescheduling I was treated like this was my fault, for simply wanting to make sure there was enough time to do the delivery and moving required. After this experience, I especially do not want to order appliances from Sears Outlet again, since they use this company to deliver to this area.
