The employees at this store have ZERO concept of customer service. They are rude and nasty. This could be the ONLY store open for 100 miles and I will ALWAYS drive the 100 miles go go elsewhere. It's really sad because it costs NOTHING to be kind to people, but they are costing this store money just because they need new staff. I just went here for the first time. BOTH employees were standing in front of the store smoking a cigarette. Not only did they IGNORE us walking to the door, but when we spoke to them, they did NOT respond, made a face and continued go smoke as if we were interrupting them. I didn't realize it takes 2 people to smoke. They finished their cigarettes and came into the store together. They STILL were rude and had a nasty attitude. ZERO PERSONAL SKILLS. You can tell they are miserable, but you shouldn't work a job that REQUIRES customer service if you lack the basic skills necessary to provide a minimally decent representation of 7 eleven. DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED AS IF YOU ARE NOTHING MORE THAN AN INCONVENIENCE TO THE CONVENIENCE STORE EMPLOYEES.

This place just needs to close. I have never visited this location until today. The cashier stood there talking to the other employee the whole time never greeted me. I had to ask to put my rewards number in and for a bag. When my card finished processing. I informed them that I didn’t appreciate the service. The cashier then proceeded to accuse my children of throwing cups on the floor but the cups were there when we entered the store. I am very confused about when cashiers/CSR’s started arguing with the customer oppose to apologizing for not doing your job. However I will surely find a way to call the owner or corporate on this location.

I will not be patronizing this 711 ever again!! First there was an employee that was actually filling cups to the brim of the cup. Someone asked can we get it ourself and he answered "yes but don't fill it all the way." Not to mention that he was handing out the cups. Not sanitary at all! Then the slurpee tasted just like flavor aid and water. Just horrible. This is the store on 7 mile and Inkster. Started to go to the Farmington store but this was closer.

I visited the store Thursday May 4th around 18:40. I only wanted to buy 2 beers. the cashier asked me for my Michigan ID (?) and I show him my ID from my country. He says the system doesn't recognize him and I offer my passport and he doesn't want it either. My 56 year old friend does the same. We couldn't buy 2 beers because the cashier literally didn't want to sell. Why do I assume he didn't want to sell? because a customer with Michigan ID wanted to buy "my" two beers and she didn't sell it to her either. therefore I think it is an issue with foreigners. Inkster's 7-11 store and schoolcraft -Redford. Now I understand why they always have a "help wanted" sign

The only 7-Eleven in the area that does not allow pop/soda refills — the counter worker who explained this to me was very condescending. The 7-Eleven rewards kiosks have been disabled because they don't like them. If this is the only option for 7-Eleven, I might go here occasionally, but all the other ones in the area are so much nicer.

Staff is extremely rude. I came I. Asking for help. One associate just kept walking. When I got his attention again. He "I'm doing something". I'm trying to get an Uber eats order. I get line. The other associate is arguing with a girl about some numbers that either he or she messed up. Instead of diffusions the situation he arguing with her. Like this is ridiculous.

The kid working today on sunday can’t keep his face out the phone. Also they do not take bottle returns because of covid 19 (he said they dont want to be touching our bottles) yet their credit card machine looks worse than a used kleenex and it is 2022 for crying out loud what joke. They sure do have no problem charging you a deposit for their cans though. I tried to call corporate to complain but literally every person that took my call was a foreigner and had no clue what a deposit was lmfao. Wow either way, go one mile west to speedway or two miles north to the other 7-11. I will be though this 7-11 is right there.I also love how 7-11 keeps responding to all the 1star reviews in such disbelief like there arent handfuls of us out here trying to tell you how bad off the store is.

They don’t have any hot items such as pizza made until noon. When I stood at the fridges looking at the app to see if they have any of the drinks for rewards (they do not) the owner came up talking about how you can’t take pictures in the store, which I wasn’t even.
