Our email goes down at least quarterly and for significant periods. I'm so done with this company.

Days without service, have sent numerous emails that have went unreturned for 6+ days. I'm paying 70$ a month for a service that doesn't work and customer service that works even less than my internet. Not a happy customer!

I've had the worst experience dealing with your company, from unreturned messages, unprofessional installation, resend of generic email is the only service I've gotten. I love to support local but this is the worst customer focus I've been part of. Installer lying to me and my wife, left the door open so my one year old got out of the house, then threatened me and my wife and took out the install that he took way too long to complete. Left a message at the office because no one at coli called after this awful experience, still no call back, still no service, as if you don't care if I'm a customer. Who would ever reccomend this service? Please note a detailed account of their extortion tactics on the BBB website. Also note the only positive reviews are from the company itself, not customers, the email I recieved today from the president of the company blamed me for his technicians threats and extortion. I'd recommend exede if you need satellite internet.

I wish i could put no stars the internet is junk and the customer service is even more junk if you dont know what you are talking about dont even think of trying this place they will pinch every penny then can out of you and do the minimum that they can. They over charge for the internet then try slaping on bogus charges. I have never heard of a satisfied customer in person which makes me think they are paying for good reviews with the money they scam out of the old and ignorant.
