“Bought my 2004 Ford F150 Lariat in August of 2021. Have been nothing but satisfied with the entire deal. The owner John is as trustworthy as they come. Had to have the truck worked on this Fall (ok with 185,000 miles on the truck anyone has to expect work needing to be done) and John was quick and attentive. The cost of the work was so much less than I had expected it to be. Won't go anywhere else to have my truck worked on. John also gave me a great deal on a new set of tires. You should make sure to buy and have your vehicles worked on at this place. And I am as about car repair illiterate as they come. Never felt like I was taken advantage of because of my ignorance. Go see this guy - you won't regret it!”

“They leveled my 1979 Square Body after an uneven 8" Skyjacker lift (not installed by MI/WI Spring) install. It wasn't quite perfect when I got it back, but Josh M recognized it before I did and rescheduled me to make it right. Josh brought this to Dave Sr. , personally managed the correction and gave my truck back to me better than I could have expected. 100% integrity in my experience. They are absolute craftsmen with old school and honest customer service. Thank you, Josh!!! Highly recommend.”

“We came from southern Michigan on a long trip to nearby Norway. When coming through Escanaba, we heard the tell-tale signs of tired rear brake pads in need of changing. While that is fairly ordinary and Breeze was able to do the work well, Jason assured us that we could get the fix done while still in Norway, and all for a more-than-fair price. Jason’s customer service, kindness, and attention to detail in letting us know an update at every turn were beyond notice and certainly appreciated. Breeze Auto more than earns five stars from me.”

“Staff were incredibly effortful and helpful when I came in with totally non-auto related issue of a broken belt on my woodworking table saw. They did their best to measure to the finest increment existing stock and ended up recommending a back ordered item, even though this meant more work for them. Thanks guys, you are awesome!”
“The staff here is always friendly and willing to help as much as they can. As with most places, the staff makes or breaks a place.Location is great too for those who are walking to a parts store from their place in Norway (much closer than Iron Mountain when you're on foot).”

“I had the pleasure to have the folks at Arcand's service Center work on my car. I went to see them if they would mount four new tires and check my brakes as I had been told a local dealership that ilI to have the rear brakes re placed. The dealership gave me an estimate of $570.
00 which I thought was a bit much. My brakes were checked, long story short. I do not need the brake job,at least for not for a couple years. The price that Arcan's quoted was $600.00for both front and rear. I will say that the Crew at Arcan's Service Center are honest; they could have done the work and not said a work about not needing the brakes changed and I would have paid. This a business with integrity.
I will be returning again.”

“I most definitely enjoy both of my experiences at the store! The staff is wonderful at both places they are there to help but they don't hound you! They also will go above and beyond over their way to make sure that your services are met! I highly recommend it! They also have supplies and materials for painting vehicles, you can cut measure your own difference size air hoses and anything else that a do-it-yourselfer can get and not just do it yourself for the professionals as well! Also if you go in there you donate a dollar and get a NAPA hat and it helps the veterans! Definitely do so if you can!”

“I purchased a battery for my vehicle a few months ago and, unfortunately, the battery was defective. Today, I was able to have it tested, it failed, and the staff was quick to replace it under the warranty at no cost to myself, as it should have been. They quickly removed the defective battery and replaced it with a new battery for me as well. Today's visit was a five star visit. Greatly appreciated.”

“Went in for my tire appointment and was told my tires were not ready and that I needed to come back. I was frustrated because I had prepaid for the tires and had called the day before to confirm that they would be ready. After I left they found my tires and they had been there the whole time. However, they called and let me know they made a mistake and that they were sorry. They then offered to waive my lifetime balance and tire disposal fee.
