Diversified Dock and Trailer provided a dock for our lake property. The service was fantastic from the sales perspective to the final installation. A timely quote was provided, and prompt response to questions was provided. Dave and Amber took care of our needs in a very professional fashion. I would certainly recommend Diversified for anyone wanting to purchase a dock.

I would not use this company at all cost. They never keep their promises on when the work will be done and then has nothing but excuses. Even after the work is done it won’t be done right. I used this company for 4 years hoping it would get better after Covid. However it did not. They took part of my dock and still has not returned it. There’s still both missing from my dock and it is not level, improperly installed my lift causing my boat to fall off. I had another company fix it and they said the leg was not properly torqued causing it to collapse and sink into the muck because nothing was used under the feet. The owner blamed us stating that’s not how I left it. Beware at all cost

Diversified Dock and Trailer installed our new boat lift in the spring, they done a fantastic job!! There team just removed our canopy and battery's from our boat lift. They're top notch to do business with. Tony from little Long Lake!!

If I could give this company a zero starts I would! Don't waste your time even trying to call and schedule an appointment because they'll tell you that they'll be able to put your dock in and then not show up for months. Save yourself the stress and go with a different company. That's actually does what they say. They're going to do and the worst part they take zero accountability and try to blame the customer for them being lazy

I called this company based on a recommendation from a neighbor. They responded quickly, the work was outstanding and the cost was reasonable. In an economic time (july 2022) in an environment where the service industry is imploding (northeast indiana) this company made it happen. Use them if you need any dock/lift work done. They are the real deal.

I recommend Diversified Dock & Trailer to anyone needing a boat lift. Amber provided fantastic customer service in obtaining a quote for a replacement lift. The quote included delivery and set up. The owner was one of the delivery people. The lift was set up and adjusted for our boat. Two other lift companies that were closer in distance did not offer delivery. The delivery and set up took about an hour and everything was perfect. I wish other companies provided this level of service.

Purchased a ProStarr Bullitt trailer. It is absolutely amazing. Everything it was advertised to be. We had purchased two different trailers in a year and a half and not happy with either one of them. This trailer pulls great in all weather conditions. Straight behind the truck with absolutely no "fishtailing" or sway coming back up to the truck. Feel very safe and secure on the road.Customer service was excellent. Excellent response time and very knowledgeable. We "custom" ordered the trailer with a few extra options including a second axle. It was ready to go almost to the day that we were given when we ordered it.Thank you again for an amazing snowmobile season!! We look forward to many more years with this trailer.

I purchased a new boat lift, dock and steps this summer from Dave and Amber at Diversified Dock and they did an amazing job for me and my family. Dave came late one evening with his crew to add the finishing touches on our dock and they were able to place our lift in a pretty mucky area and get it leveled and stable. Thank so much to the both of you for a job well done.

Diversified Dock has been wonderful to work with. This spring when they put in our dock, they had to fix mistakes that the previous installer made. Dave and his crew made sure everything was done correctly. We have purchased several accessories as well, dock lights, Dorie flags and steps. Once again, they did not disappoint.

In small business you have to do what you say you are going to do. Even in the busiest of times you have to do what you say. I was left high and dry by this business. They just didn’t do what they said and caused me to spend more money and more labor. Boat lift and dock in Martin, Mi took care of me!

Bought a ProStarr trailer with clamshell very please with the staff and quality of trailers. Would definitely recommend for your snowmobile trailer needs.
