Prompt professional interview , congenial and openly friendly . Discussed the issues involved and the resolutions and outcomes. Very surprised to find that it could be perfectly resolved . ( 16' x72' concrete floor in an old chicken coop built 88 yrs ago ) We were transforming it to a modern sales floor after we tore the barn down and rebuilt the entire upper structure . The floor was cement with holes and deep wide cracks and ruptures along with numerous high spots ... they ground it down leveled it off patched the holes and cracks . That done it was left to dry . The next day it was primed with a substance like a gravy the let to cure for 16 os hrs and the buffed . Then the surface was coated with a high end epoxy that was 21 mils thick . That had to dry to walk for 24 hours and for 4 days to be fully cured . All said and done it is a completely beautiful transformation. The 2 men that worked the job were a joy to watch and see the professionalism in their abilities ... Obviously totally pleased ...10 Years earlier Ian himself restored a lg antique tin ceiling in our store and cleaned and varnished a 45 ft brick wall , again splendid workmanship ...Service: Repair flooring

This firm recently painted our industrial building, they completed the work in a professional and timely matter. The overall job would be classified as excellent and would gladly use them again and have to qualms recommending them. These guys polished our concrete floors in our machine shop. They did a fantastic job. There was several layers of old floor paint that they had to remove before polishing the floor and it was all done in a matter of days.

In April, 2019, I searched online for a Michigan contractor to finish the concrete floor in my heated 2500 sq foot shop building in Charlotte, MI. Ian Bernard of Commercial Painting Services gave me sound, practical advice on my options along with cost estimates for each finish. No other business that I communicated with seemed as knowledgeable or experienced, so we agreed on his estimates of cost, preparation and time needed, then set a date. My decision was to grind then polish and seal the floor for the most durable and protective finish within my budget. Mr. Bernard led his crew through four days of hard work resulting in a beautiful final finished floor. They exceeded my expectations for dust control and attention to details that protected my walls and contents -- a VERY professional crew!

Ian & his crew did a Great Job repainting our Office Building . They were all so professional . I am pretty sure we changed our minds at least 10 times about the color/ trim etc. but they never once complained ,they just said Ok we can do that . Our building looks so wonderful now with the new paint and they did such an awesome job that we will be calling them back as soon as we get approval to repaint the inside warehouse . Thanks for all your hard work guys !

Commercial Painting Services tackled a tough tank painting project for us. We had 19 exterior petroleum tanks that lacked maintenance. Over the years previous contractors coated the tanks with the wrong products, or when they did use the right products they didn't prep the tanks correctly. Ian and his crew took the time to prepare the tanks and get the job done on time. Commercial Painting Services provided a top notch job on my project and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
