We bought a used lift that we needed to convert. We went to Carefree looking for a new or used dock. They sold us a used dock and parts for our lift at very fair pricing. And they were extremely helpful. Genuinely good people.

Was doing some work out front. They let us use there lot todo our work. Told us working if we needed water they had some inside. They were all very pleasant. I would recommend them.

Past customer of having my dock put/taken out yearly. This spring notified company of desired install, told they were behind due to virus situation. Returned calls several times for update and finally blindsided in late May saying it would need some evaluation process done first. Really! After last fall take out. Explained new process would involve new hardware and new dock purchases from care-free, even though they had no problem installing old dock the last 4 yrs. If this "new process"(money grab) was communicated last fall when they removed the dock, customer would of left the dock in. Very unprofessional, ill-communicated manner how this "new processed" was dropped on former clients. Seems the new expense of a new dock and permanent hardware , besides the cost of installation/ take-out benefits who? My dock was installed by another company and installed at a lower priced! Buyer beware!

Good place to do business but I fear they're so busy from hig customer demand that they're falling behind. I suggested them to my neighbor, for a lift repair. They have yet to return the call. My suggestion- don't lose the momentum, hire some more people.
