Go ahead and order your meds online ahead of time for pick up in three days. Call because at the pick-up time, it is still listed as pending and requires a call to the pharmacy. They say it will be another 90 minutes. Call three hours later because they are still pending, and they are still being worked on. This time, there is no estimated pick-up time.

I am convinced that a couple employees are actively trying to do a bad job and make things difficult for customers. What seems like intentional mistakes are happening far too often to be accidental. Quite a few others I know are having the same issues. I tried to hold off on complaining thinking there's no way this can keep going on but has been a year now. How can a pharmacy possibly be this bad? I am begging anybody to try to use their services and tell me that they are functioning even remotely properly. It's unbelievable how poorly the place is ran. I am not sure how it's possible unless it's intentional.

The staff at this Walgreens are amazingly helpful. They have knowledge about insurance and have answered all kinds of questions about medicine for me.There seems to be a good variety of drinks and food inside this store not to mention quick gift ideas or cards for that last minute holiday stop.

Our family doctor called in an antibiotic for my husband with cellulitis. It was called into Walgreens just before 5. On our way through town it wasn't ready yet at 6pm. We asked for it to be ready first thing in the morning and we would be back to pick it up. At 11am we checked and it was not done yet. At 11:30 I called the pharmacist. IT WAS STILL SITTING IN THE INBOX. They never attempted to fill the prescription. That is very poor service and we will be taking our business elsewhere!
