“I gave this rating a 4 because one young lady there is extremely wonderful and helped me immensely once I specifically asked for her because the other woman that answered the phone was off the charts RUDE!!!!! I do know her from living in the area for 25 years! She obviously shouldn’t work in customer service as I do and I would never, ever treat people the way she does. Sad very sad!!!!!!! Rant over ???”
