Very friendly and professional staff! Had oil and filter changed, ( brought my own Rotella T6 and Wix filter). They just charged a small fee for labor. Also had wipers changed at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place!

I pulled right into a bay. The technicians proceeded to change my oil. Check my filter, tire pressure, and fluidsand got me on my way in about 10 minutes, AND I also was able to use a $5 online coupon. Highly recommend Performance Plus Quick Oil Change in Houghton Lake.

I give them 3 stars because they have always been kind in the past, and this time in particular the man who greeted us was very kind, extremely welcoming and polite.I will start by saying my car had a lot of ice on it from traveling, that’s why we went to the car wash.When we arrived there were no other tracks indicating they were very busy, nor was there anyone behind us.All of a sudden a second person came to my window and angrily knocked, I rolled it down and he seemed to have scolded us as if we were maliciously rudely interrupting a busy day, with anger in his eyes and in his voice he made sure we knew if he saw our car first and if they were busy he would have turned us away, rather than politely bringing up the fact that it would take a couple minutes to hose the ice off. He even was mean to his co worker, the gentleman doing a great job.So basically if your car is to icy or to dirty don’t go to the car wash.

My mother and I pulled into Performance Plus because of multiple lights that came on and oil that began leaking. The guys were absolutely awesome and helped us get help and make a plan. You get a free car wash with an oil change. But, here's the catch..... Your vehicle must be clean to get a car wash so you'll need a pre wash first especially if you live on a dirt road, and if you have a fixed hitch don't bother, they will refuse you entry and make you back out of line. I mean, in a tourism driven lake town who would have a hitch on their truck anyway? The oil change portion is great; pricey,but let's go Brandon what isn't? Frankly, their car wash is a joke and the guy who runs it is a j****

I spent 340+ dollars and was not permitted to wash my truck due to having a permanent fuel tank for equipment mounted in back.
