I can't even give this place a 1 star, but Google won't allow me to post this without atleast 1 star marked. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give you one suggestion it would be to not go thru this company. I promise you, you will not be happy. The tech that showed up to my house today was extremely rude. We had to ask him to put his little boot things on, and he walked out and slammed my door, after that proceeded to basically tell us we were lieing about our services not working all while smoking a cigarette on my front porch without asking. Horrible, horrible service.

Apparently not only do they not keep or call to cancel appointments they do not have techs who know how to troubleshoot Dish antenna/reciever issues. What a waste of my time.

Purchased a couple chairs from this store, they have a warranty on them, however the customer service is so poor after sending pictures of the one chair all I have heard is they are working on it, it's been a month, have not answered calls or text messages. They had no problem processing the payment for the merchandise, they just have a problem with their customer service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I am VERY unhappy with this company ! We got a HughesNet satellite installed today for cell phone service and internet. I called NHS office with all the questions that I could think of, at least four different times before saying to go ahead and purchase this service. I was assured that my cellphone service would be great. After the dish was installed the installer could not get my phones to work, and after trying for a while he told me that my phones and server,(Tracfone) will not work with their satellite. I was never given any warning or questions as to some phones not working. I called the office and the bottom line is this: Too bad -- your problem. Nothing we can do. You have to buy new phones and get a new server ( both more expensive). The big reason for dealing with NHS was to be that they were a local Co. in case there were ever any issues. Now no such deal, they have my credit card # and if I want to try and cancel service I will have to try and deal with HughesNet on my own. Many untrue statements with this Co. I am not some crackpot, just an average guy who got the shaft, even though I tried to really get all the information that I could. I can not recommend this business in any way. If you go ahead with them you are forewarned. Be VERY careful.

My husband asked the installer you sent out to our house during this pandemic if he would wear a mask to come in our house. He seriously said, "I don't believe in them"! My husband said, you either wear one or leave. He said, "I suppose I have one in the truck but I haven't had to wear one during this whole pandemic"! My husband told him, it's not about his safety, it's about ours. Even the sales guys weren't wearing masks to come up to talk to us so it's obvious your company has not received the information from the state that says it's your responsibility to wear a mask to protect every one!

So I believe in buying local and supporting local. This company goes way far and beyond then even corporate. Anytime I've had a problem which usually is just me not understanding something I call and there is a sweet woman's voice every time and she speaks English. In fact I might see her now and again at our local Walmart. I believe in this company and their integrity. I'm a customer for life

This company is a joke Eric trader is there president of sales and they do not pay there employee what the owe them. Job still owes me over $300 for hourly pay. Do not work here or buy from them!

Local companies deserve local support. I was very happy to do business with NHS. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional from the front desk to the technician. I would recommend NHS to anyone with tv or internet needs.
