The first battery I purchased for my van didn't last 2 weeks. I purchased a 2yr warranty at the time of purchase. The person working there acted like he was doing me a huge favor by exchanging it.
Now a month and a half later my battery has a dead cell in it per the Dodge dealer.
Now I have to get the battery from the dealer and take it back to Battery source. I've wasted a lot of time and Gas since my purchase !!.
I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN !!

The young man that works there needs some training in basic human decency. I just watched him let an 80 year old man carry a heavy battery he was obviously struggling with out of the store. The young man followed the older man to the car where he then watched the older man carry the old battery back into the store, again struggling the whole time. To top it off this kid was on his phone the whole time and never even bothered to pull it away from his ear to offer help. Pathetic.

This is the best place to buy batteries in the area . Don't go to the auto parts stores and over pay for a battery . Bring your old battery to get core credit .

Got sold the wrong size battery up here on vacation on Saturday. They were closed till Monday. Left a message about what happened, and never heard back from anyone. Piss poor service. Won't ever be back.

Terrible service! Don't buy your batteries here! The guys who work at this store are rude and sell junk! Having a 3 year warranty is NOT a thing here! Maybe the owner isn't the problem but the workers at this location need to learn better customer service skills.
