We have been with Naser for almost 20 years. They are going to pull their services from us because we do not burn over 500 gal. a year. I spoke with the owner. He will not budge. NOT happy. Chad the delivery guy is amazing. Just upper management.

Once you have their tank on your property, the people in the office are very rude and have zero professionalism. They will twist your words and proceed to argue instead of helping you with a problem. Then they ask you sternly if you want them to come pick up their tank, knowing you are now relying on
THEIR tank, almost like a threat. When I pointed that out, they responded, "and you get upset too easy." I am stuck dealing with them until I get my other tank delivered and set up at this house. They know this and treat customers very poorly because of. Shop around before you get stuck like this. I have had their service for almost 6 years on three properties. They are rude and unprofessional but due to our location, it is abuse I must endure. Every since my mother passed and I had to take over, they have been nothing but a problem with no help.

My mother owned three properties and passed away this February. The bank stopped the mail at her house. Because I live in one of the properties, they altered their books, putting all three bills in my name. In April. They changed the account to my my name andaddress and charged two different late, finance charges from February. My bill went from 200 something to 600 and they claim to make two 300 deliveries, one in January and one in February to my one small tank. This never happened and the account was not in my name so I did not receive the bills.. They never acknowledged my mother's passing just tacked on more charges and threw the bill at me.. They are crooked and will add charges because they can. Watch your bills and statements carefully.

Best propane provider in all the land, well at least in Michigan. Best customer service I have ever had, switched from fuel oil to propane and glad I did. Naser set up tank installation and everything! Set up for top offs during the winter months and they always show up, I never had to call in the two years of having them to come fill my tank, they are on top of it! Even mail out pre-buy cards to help you save money when the price fluctuates in winter so you get the best deal! If you want propane don't go with anyone else but Naser Propane in Powers Michigan!
