Would not suggest putting any of your family members in this Country Wood Assisted living facility. The owner Anne Kesler is very rude she has grabbed on her employees, as well as spoke to them in a very aggressive manner. Her staff withhold items from there residence. They have moldy fruits and veggies in the fridge as well as left over in the fridge for two weeks at a time. I have found residence left in dirty depends, clothes, bed sheets, etc. Doors are left unlocked at nights sometimes, walk ways aren't iced. Employees smoking on the property while on shift or in the back sunroom, Meds are off in the computer, pills left laying around under chairs and tables. A bunch of drama between the managers Heather and Ronda. They will lie about hidden cameras, the residence call them the wardens. Bathrooms won't be stocked fridge won't be stocked. They will run your hours under the table by not having you in there time clock system for a month, then guess your hours and blame it on you. They will change your hours and schedule constantly, they will say you didn't do your tasks on your shifts just to start drama. They complain about no doctor ever being around. The manager will text and harass you threatening your job and your raises. The way these residence and the employees here are treated are unjust and they deserve better then what the owner is doing for them. please if you have a loved one you care about do not take them here!!! plus they will charge your loved one $4,000/Mo to practically have nothing to there name but $50 to spend a month according to the owner after costs.

Country Woods Assisted Living is an awesome place. It is very home-like. The staff were very caring for my mother and we could not be more pleased. There is always plenty of activity at the facility and and plenty of laughs, they make the residents feel like it is their home. The food is great and is made on site just like it was in your kitchen. My mother lost the ability to use her phone, but no problem, every time I called a staff member would pick up her phone for her and connect her to FaceTime. Ann Kessler, is a hands-on owner and very involved in the care of the residents and the site manager, Rhonda, treats the residents like they were her own family. I highly recommend this facility if you ever have to find a place for your loved one.

While under Anne Kesler's care, my sister in law, Margo, was given exceptional care. Anne took the initiative to ensure Margo got the medical care she required, spending a great deal of her personal time ensuring Margo got loving, compassionate care. Environment is more of a family setting, than a patient care home. The staff took a personal interest in the well being of Margo.Maria & Terry Ward

Country Woods in Potterville in truly a hidden gem. Anne, who is the owner is exceptional and truly cares for her residents. I was very impressed with the staff, accommodations and the genuine care from everyone that was shown to my mother. The assisted living center is very well kept, cleaned and maintained well. I highly recommend.

My family recently moved our 96 year old mother to Country Woods. I talk to mom every day, and every day she says what a nice place it is to live, how nice they are to her. Everyone at Country Woods should be proud of themselves. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!!! Thanks

Ann is too controlling over YOUR family member. She will inject her opinions about your family members quality of life. No formal medical training.
