“While on vacation and driving thru michigan, had a tire go flat. Extreme Road Service was to us in less than a half hour. Replaced the tire in less than 20 minutes and pointed out that the alignment was bad and the other front tire would not last very long. They pointed out the closest tire shop and made sure we got there. Superb service.”

“Oscar is Hands down the absolute BEST mechanic I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He has always been extremely fair with his prices & finishes your car in a very timely manner. It shocks me every time. Theres a couple things here and there he doesn’t do, but will refer you to another mechanic who will take great care of you. (I was very nervous for someone other than Oscar to take care of some engine work, but they ended up being great.). My husband is a lube technician at Valvoline and refers every single customer that needs work done to him because we trust him that much. His wife is always such a pleasure to talk to. Honest mechanics are so hard to come by! I happily drive 40 minutes to him because I know I can trust the work and I love to support smaller businesses. I fear for the day Oscar retires!

If they are that good, maybe they should hire more mechanics and take on more work.My 4 star rating is only because I cannot wait 1.5 months to have my vehicle worked on, not based on their ability to correctly diagnose and work on my vehicle.”

“Made my first visit here after driving by it for several years. I've always went to an auto repair shop for oil changes but grew tired of making an appointment and waiting in some room with strangers. Went on a snowy day so there was no wait. The service guys couldn't have been any more friendly and competent. They advised me that my oil was real low as not much drained out so that's something for me to stay on top of. There was no pressure to do additional work and nobody tried to sell me anything. I did ask for new wipers and as far as I could tell they seemed to be the same price as the auto parts store and they had the high quality ones I like. Great place, clean, organized and friendly techs. Overall I was completely satisfied and will make this my new place for oil changes, you should do the same.”
