If you have the misfortune of a traffic accident, DO NOT let these shysters tow any thing! $6903.30 for 4 miles! You read that correctly! They will insist that they need to tow the vehicle to their lot where they will hold it hostage until you pay, and yes, they charge lot rent by the hour. To have the misfortune of being involved in an accident is awful. To prey off of one's misfortune is unforgivable.

Drivers are rude, no respect for items in vehicles. They will leave your car with the windows down and the keys in the ignition when dropped off at a shop.

This company is a fast and very professional. We sat on side of the road for 2 hours waiting for a AAA trucks. Which never showed up. We decided to call another towing company so we called i-96 towing and there are there 15. Very pleased with their service. Thanks again

Wonderful service!! I was freezing on the highway for 6 hours with my car broken and no heat when the other tow truck didn't even show, but this towing company did it in 10 minutes and rescued me from dying in the cold !!!! Thank you so much you are my heroes!!!!
