This place was good back when it was called Pediatrics PC but ever since they changed ownership it has gone downhill the Resident Physicians are not very smart and you will feel like you are being used like a lab rat. They give you a quick answer. They don’t care about you at all. They don’t listen to what’s going on. Worse experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. Do not go here. All Wmed cares About is making a quick buck.

They are ALWAYS more than 20 minutes late for my son's appointment yet they expect you here 15 minutes early! They are always wasting my time WE WILL NEVER BE BACK THIS PLACE TREATS PATIENTS LIKE THEY ARE A JOKE AND LIKE THEY DON'T HAVE SCHEDULES OUTSIDE OF GOING TO THE DOCTOR

Absolutely dreadful new patient experience. I would not recommend this facility to anyone let alone a new friend who is looking for a new pediatrician for their child. I scheduled this appointment as a new pt for my daughter. I would expect the receptionists to ask for her medical records prior to our appointment but that never happened. Once we were checked in the medical assistant did bring us back rather quickly and took basic vitals from my daughter, height, and weight. We realize that our medical provider Dr. Moses was running late after about 35 of sitting in the patient room with no medical team contact. After I inquired on where Dr. Moses would be in, a resident doctor came in to do my daughter's new patient intake appointment. He was gracious but I was not completely comfortable with him completing the exam. Once Dr. Moses FINALLY came into the room after we waited over 65 minutes, she finally started the physical exam. I let her know that this was a HORRIFIC NEW PATIENT experience. To have to wait well over an hour and thirty minutes for a new patient appointment to be completed is utterly UNPROSEESIONAL. If the shoe would have been on the other foot and I were to be running behind by 90 MINUTES, I would have been asked to reschedule my appointment. I would love to know what give Dr. Moses the authorization to be that far behind and barely acknowledge her NEGLIGENCE. For an appointment that should have taken 35-45 minutes, we sat in a cold outdated patient room and got a mediocre sorry that was not even sincere.I have sent Dr. Moses several message via MyChart and I have yet to get a response. It has been over 5 days at this point. I plan on following up with the Chief of Pediatrics because at this point, I feel like my intelligence is being insulted. I have managed medical practices and worked in healthcare for well over a decade, the way my daughter and I are being treated within WMed is unprofessional and downright disgraceful.

Wmed Pediatrics was the pediatrician I went to as a child back when it was still pediatrics PC. When I had my daughter there was no question that this is the pediatric office I wanted her to go to because of the wonderful staff. When they changed over to Wmed Peds I was a little worried but they kept the amazing standards and caring that has always been. Both my children now go here and they absolutely love the Doctors and office staff. Everyone is phenomenal. I will say that sometimes you are waiting awhile past the scheduled time but I honestly believe it’s so they can squeeze other patients in that same day that really need to be seen as well as having Medical students assisting and learning how to be great future doctors. So just plan a little extra time because this is the best pediatric office around and the care your children will receive is absolutely unmatched anywhere else.

Very rude staff. Very liberal staff. They discriminate every one and are passing out false information on covid mask mandates saying it's LAW when it's not a law but just a mandate that volatiles our rights. They hand out other patient information. Not to mention the over large goldfish in the little tank that's not right for it's size. Don't go here unless you have no other options...

My family loved Peds PC. Dr Lull was our doctor, and Drs Omart and Blazek. All excellent doctors.

Dr Elghawy is our favorite doctor since Dr Lull left. He is thorough and kind. My 6 year old is afraid of going to the doctor but she loves him. She actually hugged him and told him she loved him today.I love the office staff and we always get in same day if she is sick but we have to see who is available.I do not like the after hours on call staff and the students make me wary but I do know the MD's can be contacted at your request if you don't feel comfortable with the students answer. This makes my rating 5 stars.

I loved Pediatrics PC, I am currently thinking of switching practices since WMU took over. I have not been impressed since. Staff is great, but it has changed so much that I would no longer refer anyone to go there.

I started with the practice 21 years ago when my oldest was a newborn and recommended them to friends with children. I have 6 kids and everyone at the practice knew me and my family, treated us kindly and went above and beyond to make sure their medical needs were being met. We have had referrals to OT’s, SLP’s, Neurologists, and physical therapists. The practice was taken over by WMU and now we can never see the same doctor twice (unless we are wiling to wait sometimes weeks for an appointment), many of the staff members are rude, and receiving good care seems to be a thing of the past. My daughter, who is now 10, has suffered from constipation since she was a toddler. We have had her in repeatedly over the years for the problem, asking time and time again for a referral to a specialist. Our last appointment was in October and I told them we weren’t leaving without a referral. They still did NOT want to give us one but did so anyways. Yesterday we were seen at Kalamazoo Pediatric Gastroenterology. The doctor was appalled that it took us this long to get a referral, deemed her one of the top 2 worst cases he has seem in his career and described her situation as “urgent”. She is now being admitted to Bronson for possibly several days until the issue can be resolved. It’s disappointing to me that a practice that I brought my kids to for over 21 years can no longer be trusted with my childrens’ medical needs. I am now looking for a new pediatrician. Merry Christmas to us.

This is based on our first visit and itwasn't bad. When you walk in, the kids notice the fish tank they have on the ground. There is a sick side and a wellness side, both with the same toys. The staff in the front are very nice. They have several exam rooms. They do enforce the no call/ no show policy. One and done. Respectably so.

I have been going to what USED to be Pediatrics PC since my sister and I were born, and my kids have gone there since birth too. It WAS a 5-star facility, until WMU took it over. I am VERY displeased with the changes. You cannot call to inquire about appointments until 9am (They open an hour before that, you USED to be able to call by 7:30am!), your call is directed to a call center instead of the actual office, call center closes at 4pm, and appointments are never available within 24 hours! I have tried FOUR TIMES to get appointments for my kids when they come home from school sick, and every time the earliest appointment available has been 3-4 DAYS OUT. I used to be able to call and get same-day or early next-day appointments without issue. I have been forced to take them to urgent care centers instead, because a toddler with an ear infection or pinkeye cannot just wait 4 days for a prescription! All of the doctors I have trusted for years have left, and although the med students are polite and professional, they completely overlooked my child's ear infection. "It's just a virus", and 2 days later we were in the ER because it was SEVERELY INFECTED and had spread to the other ear!! Doc at the ER said it should easily have been caught at the previous appointment. Med student looked, said he was basically fine, and the supervising doctor popped in to say "Hello" and just backed up the student. The second I find availability at a different pediatrician, I will be taking my kids elsewhere! Such a shame they made such a poor decision after 30+ years of excellent service. VERY disappointed.

We bring both of our children here. The nurses are the best!
