I'm not happy with how they treated my mom when picking up my sons script stating they are going to start refusing to fill his script because they don't make money off of it. Its sad that they would rather worry about money than make sure someone gets the medication they need to live a normal life. So either way they aren't going to make money....

Have been getting drugs and shots for over 30 yrs. Excellent service and always has the prescriptions needed. People are very kind and always treat me respectfully.

This is my favorite drug store. I am usually in and out in a few minutes. They are always well staffed and friendly, and their prices are good. It is super easy and quick for me to get a vaccination or a perscription. I have used their curbside option too. The only down side is that they close at 7:00 p.m. and they are not open on Sundays.

BEST PHARMACY IN KALAMAZOO hands down. The staff treats customers like family members. They also have the best gift ideas from stuffed animals to clothing jewelry and collectibles

Westlake has been a great place for my in-laws. They always get their medication on time and if needed, westlake delivers. Kelly is awesome and my in-laws just love her. My wife loves the gift shop. The people there are great!

Westlake Drug and Giftshop is where I go to get Dickens Village collectables for my wife every year. Marsha is always a pleasure to work with and remembers which ones I have purchased in the past. The staff is ALWAYS professional and courteous.
