Got a message saying problem was fixed but it is not. I appreciate the update but problem was not rectified. Normally maintenance is good about addressing and fixing the problem but maybe I was not clear in my description so I will try again.

They have their “own” internet provider and u can’t have any other type of wifi living here. Some of the WORST WIFI IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. DONT bother paying extra for the “better” wifi either because it’s just as bad as the cheapest option as well. My WiFi is constantly lagging and going out. Not to mention they always have construction going on or their “workers” outside not even doing anything. Just in the way and talking and laughing with each other. Always loud outside. The bathroom is terribly ventilated too, and they have written in the lease that YOU have to wipe water residue off of the ceilings and walls. Who does that after every single shower?! GET BETTER APARTMENTS FOR YOUR RESIDENTS. TOO EXPENSIVE to live here with bad WiFi, poor ventilations, loud construction outside, lazy workers patrolling the grounds and tiny apartments. Do better and stop scamming people for their money that’s hard enough to make in this economy. Oh and the leasing office has some of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to. They also never have answers to questions you have.

Was a amazing move in!!! Heather in the office was a great help with a smooth move in!! Apartment was clean with new flooring!! After looking for a couple months I'm glad I made the choice to move in here!!

The team was amazing getting me all set up for my apartment. Very friendly. I love how they keep the property so clean, always are up kept on the landscaping. Im so exited to move in!

Got locked out of my apartment, went to the office to report my problem. The maintenance man came over within minutes. He let me into my apartment, checked the lock didn't find the reason I couldn't use my pen. I appreciate the fast response. Thank you!

Apartments are nice, maintenance is pretty responsive. Main issue is the raised rent every cycle making it harder and harder to stay. lived here for about 4 years now. Started out manageable. But the increases are ridiculous.

Not only are you paying a lot for an apartment that hasn’t been updated since the 1950s you’re also being gawked at by the old creepy neighbor that lives in the building who’s been caught looking through your bedroom window! And oh wait then you get harassed by your upstairs neighbors when you ask them not to dump huge amounts of water off their deck to the point you have to close your window! And it gets even better.. the lawn care service damages your car and no one gives a crap!

Could be worse, but we've had a lot of issues. Rent is too high for such small, semi outdated apartments. We don't enjoy the fact we have one internet provider choice and even at the highest speeds is a joke. The other big thing for us is the lack of actions taken for non maintenance requests. We keep having people smoking in front of the front door so people can't enjoy having their windows open, but nothing has been done besides an email, which solved nothing. There has also been a rise in theft and, although I don't expect the complex to replace my stuff, but some added security I.E. cameras would be highly beneficial.

I pay 1,060 a month for a tiny apartment on the bottom level. For the past two months straight there has been construction going on everyday starting at 8 am. This place is HELL. They don’t care about your well-being just if you pay rent. Don’t go here it’s overpriced and Walnut treats you like a static. Not to mention I never have any privacy either since construction workers are always two feet away from my window until 5pm. This is HELL.
