Happy national pharmacist day to my most favorite pharmacy staff!Thank you greatly for being there for us. Thank you for giving us the medications we so much need in an organized and timely way. I have traveled quite a bit and have used many different pharmacies. The staff at this location is simply outstanding!Everyone there treats you with courtesy and professionalism in person, or even on the phone. They are very good people. I am very impressed by how personable everybody is. They have always gone out of their way to provide the most positive and satisfactory experience and service.Again thank you Dereck, thank you Menisca, ??????Thank you Ron, Amy, Wendy, Saleha, and the couple of names I might not remember right now ?Cheers!Salif

Most of the staff at this location are great from my experience but one of the pharmacists (Jessica I believe) was extremely rude. She had Covid and was recovering. I know that because she used that as an excuse when I asked her why she seemed so irritated. She was loudly stating what med I used and in a frustrated manner explaining why she would not fill it. I took that medication elsewhere and had it filled no issue.

Love this pharmacy, they are quick, almost never a line, they are friendly and service oriented, they even answer their phones! They also make an extra effort when a need arises. Night and day difference between them and other pharmacies I’ve had the misfortune to deal with. I always recommend this pharmacy.

I had the displeasure to speak with a girl named "Jesse" over the phone on June 21 at around 1:06 pm, for billing issues which do not exist when I use other pharmacies. She got an attitude, and then had the audacity to hang up on me. Absolutely abhorrent. If you cannot treat people with respect when it comes to their medical issues, you have no business working in that profession. I'm not filling prescriptions to play games with a girl who sounds like a high schooler with zero people skills. Especially considering I'm looking at a life threatening medical issue. The pharmacist who I specifically asked to speak to after I called back, who ironically sounded just like "Jessie", was equally condescending. I've never had issues with other pharmacists or employees at this location, but will no longer be using their services.

I feel like they are family. They are very attentive and accommodating. The rest of my household uses Walgreens and I pick up scripts there for them but I refuse to change mine because I enjoy their service so so much.

I really want to take the time to public show my appreciation to the Walmart Pharmacy team on 8350 Shaver Rd, Portage, MI. On June 10, 2021, I was on a business trip from Georgia and I misplaced my hypertension blood pressure pills. I looked for them everywhere in my luggage, however, I could not find them. I even called the hotel where I had stayed in Smyrna, TN two nights earlier, they were no where to be found. So, I once on Shaver Rd, I went to Walmart and walked to the pharmacy. I talked with Mrs. Anuya Dewoolkar, who is the Pharmacist Manager, explained to her that I could not find my medication and that I urgently needed something because I had gone two days without them. With a great disposition and attitude, she listened to me, asked for my name, the name and telephone number where I buy my medication in GA and asked me to hang on. She took her time to call Publix here in Georgia from Portage, MI so that they could transfer the prescription to her store. An hour later, my prescription was filled and I was a happy, elated, and exuberant Walmart customer. So, Mrs. Dewoolkar, THANK YOU FOR BEING AN ANGEL OF GOD inside that store. YOU COULD HAVE GIVEN ME HARD TIME AND NOT EVEN BOTHER TO HELP. BUT THAT IS NOT WHO YOU ARE. YOU SAW A PROBLEM, REALIZED THAT YOU HAD THE MEANS TO HELP, THEREFORE, YOU DID JUST THAT: HELPED ME. May God bless and keep you. I appreciate you and your team very much! Mrs. Sassy, you were great as well.

This is fantastic I'm the reason for the hold up on my prescription at Walmart pharmacy. Busy making excuses for not making it on time. They assured me if I would hustle they would do the same on there end. I showed up with 10 seconds to spare in the drive thru and they were right there waiting on me again. Your efforts will never go unappreciated. My family and I thank you so much and you will always have my business. Chris Betts

Great group of girls who work very hard to keep their customers safe and happy! The entire staff is kind and knowledgeable. The service here is fast! And if there is an issue, they will keep updating you. Love it here, best pharmacy! Thank you for all that you do!

Not my first time here, have been using this pharmacy for 6 months now. Started using "Walmart" because I learned I could get my dogs medication 30% cheaper than buying it from the vets office. Knowing the Vet gave me 4 refills (3 months each fill) for his medication, I simply just call the pharmacy and ask them to refill his medication. Simple right? NO! I've called to fill his medication 3 times already to put in his prescription in EARLY enough so he (my dog) doesn't run out! That's the whole purpose of calling DAYS ahead of time. They've continually tell me they will be ready by a certain day and I get here and "THEY DONT HAVE ENOUGH FOR 3 month and they can only provide for 1 month, to give them some minutes to get it ready". WHAT THE ENTIRE EFF. Pisses me off. They knew days before hand they even told me what day it would be ready and now I'm waiting to get it filled still and I'm only leaving with one month supple. So why tell me they'll be ready for pick up and ALWAYS only have 1 month and NOT THE 3 FROM THE SCRIPT!! HORRIBLE, THEY NEED TO DO BETTER!
