I called to track a package that said its been delivered and was not i have a camera system so I would def know.. Gave the lady the tracking number and she instantly got rude.. Talking about I don't know where you people keep shopping at but we can't track them numbers.. you need to call where ever you shopped at and ask them where its at.. She def didnt wanna help in any way.. it was like I was interrupting her day and how dare I ask her anything..

3.4 stars is too low for this post office. I sell goods online and have shipped over 100-150 parcels through this post office. Never had any issues and staff is always friendly. I moved from Portage to downtown and pass by the two post offices closer to me, to continue taking my parcels here. Best postal office in kalamazoo by far.

They sent me package out with a smile on there face. Not sure what more I can ask for from the Postal service. Nice location l, nice facility.

the caucasian male with multiple hair colorings & wide hair styles is always rude, disrespectful & lazy .. the mgr thinks it’s ok ? ……. the balance of the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.
