My colorist was a no call/no show for our 1pm appointment today. The salon called my cell phone at 12:56pm (while I was parking) to let me know Mikayla would not be there to do my hair. I live 30 minutes away from Portage, and was also trying to juggle finishing my Summer II Final Exam for grad school at WMU today. It's ok for a stylist to need to reschedule, but a no call/no show is seriously disrespectful.

I went in to find the perfect shade of lipstick for my wedding. This was intimidating for me because I'm not good at picking out colors for myself. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Kayla and she helped me find the perfect shade within 10 minutes! She looked at my inspo pic, asked me a few questions on what I was looking for, and she found two that were great options and helped me pick the right one. She was super friendly and helpful. Could not have been happier with my experience and was very impressed by her customer service!

It'd be less if I could. For this particular store. I went in after my hair fell out from radiation treatments. I wanted something to help cover the dark circles. The employee acted like I was grotesque and contagious. Wouldn't actually help, buy pointed at stuff and suggested I try it. I felt like absolutely garbage when I left. I will never go back in there.

It was my first time going to her and she was AMAZING... super sweet, listens to what you want and very talented!! Never seem to have what I want in stock. Tons of associates standing around, but either no one stocks the floor, or nothing gets inventoried. This location wastes my time.
