The mall is severely lacking the retail spaces. Between retail stores and eateries throughout the mall. Including the lack of sitting spaces for mall patrons. Despite those 3 severely lacking areas. In side the mall is well kept and clean. Same goes for the stores operating within the mall.

I had a huge buyers remorse return at JCPenney. Camille was an absolute angel. I don't know about the rest of the mall, or even that Penneys location. I just had to shout out the associate that calmly and patiently walked through my return items. I was embarrassed beyond belief, and she was completely professional; not a single eye roll or deep sigh.
