Without going into too much detail because it's a long story, if you're going to switch your service to this cell phone company, make sure you get the price in writing or take a video of your interaction with the store rep. We were told one price in the store and with that plan, we were offered new "free" phones. But once we received our first bill we learned, the cost was over $50 more than we were told in the store. We can't switch companies or cancel the phones since they can't be returned at this point. So would we would be charged almost $2000 if we try to switch. So we are stuck for two years. I spoke to several reps over the phone who promised to reduce the price to what we were told but ultimately after "investigation" they were unable to do so. It's so sad that people lie to potential customers to get business. Way to go taking advantage of trusting people. I am definitely telling my friends/family never to use Tmobile as their phone carrier. I'd give them zero stars if I could!

I personally had to educate them, They all called me a liar. I went home to google and came back for something else. And showed them Yes people can get into your phone, without having my phone or password in their hands. They can actually do it remotely.

Very poor service. I understood that it was busy. Unfortunately, I wasn't acknowledged by not one employee. Not a hi or anything. Shortly after I arrived 2 other women arrived and the employers greeted those 2 women and told them it would be wait. I felt racially discriminated against.

Spend an hour in the building they tell me we will replace your phone with the insurance that you pay for 12 hours later. I got an email saying you have no insurance I go back into the store. They tell me you have to get a new phone basically just trying to put some commission in their own pockets for me to find out that I do have insurance, and there was absolutely no reason for them not to take it because they didn’t even look at the phone so I am understandably a bit agitated, explaining how I’m wasting $100 and dude tries to tell me that I am trying to tell him how to do his job. He’s lucky I am feeling friendly and don’t put five fingers upside his head.

90% of the time it's good service. The 10% is when people are ahead of you. Had a 45 minute wait before. Some of the salespeople have knowledge and some don't but that's pretty much anywhere anymore.

Went there today after the Battle Creek store would not help me. Brandon is amazing got me my sim, and new phone number and made sure my wifi calling worked. Great customer service is rare these days.

Great experience! After years (18 to be exact) of dealing with unethical business practices, and rude customer service at Verizon, I had finally had enough! So glad I decided to switch. The service is great, but the main point of my review is for the customer service I received. I was helped by an employee named Michael Carter. He was legitimately interested in helping me get setup with a plan and phone that would best fit my needs. I didn't feel pressured, or feel like I was being upsold. He even took the time to setup my phone and transfer all the data from my previous phone so I was all set before leaving the store, all while being very pleasant and actually being happy to help me! Quite the contrast from what I am used to experiencing from my previous provider. In summation, I would highly recommend Mike and T-Mobile!
