We needed to store a 3rd car before the snow started. We were able to get a spot online and take the car to storage within an hour! What a lifesaver! This is a great place for storage.

Just moved in, great area versus unit I had before at SROA on centre, which was dirty and unit was full of stink bugs and mice and they do not use any type of pest deterrents, some of my stuff was ruined by mice (SROA) not osprey. Osprey is very clean and no trees to attract bugs, they use mice deterrents from rose exterminators I think, the location is great and I feel more comfortable storing my stuff here, plus SROA was 194.00 month, with mice included. Started out at 87.00 month, and now almost 200.00 for 10 x 15. Got same size at osprey for 138.00 month.

Worst experience ever. We were assigned an outdoor storage site that was inadequate for our 32ft motorhome. As a result it was damaged when another renter turned the corner and hit our motorhome. The Manager stated “we should have never put you in that spot”. The office never answers the phone and never returns voice mail messages. The prorate move in rental fees but do not prorate rent when you leave. Rent is due the first of the month so if you pay your rent and move out on the 2nd day of the month they keep all the rent paid for the entire month. I cannot stress enough do not use this storage facility. You will be sorry. Go anywhere else !!!!

I made several attempts to call and cancel prior to the 1st of December 2022. No return calls from Storage office, i made 3 attempts prior to 1st of month to cancel...so I drive there wasting more time and gas money!!! Talk to a older receptionist (older woman) and new manager (older guy) and was told I would be canceled....now after leaving two additional voicemails regarding, looks like I have to waste more time and money driving over there tomorrow 12/6/22 BEFORE 12pm (some of us do work) to get resolved. FRUSTRATING!!!

Thanks for correcting this issue!I have tried to call and move-out/cancel my unit since November 29 and either the voicemail box was full or our message was not returned. I am worried we will be improperly billed because of poor communication.

I have my stuff put on auto pay and every other month I have to figure out why my storage is not getting paid it's like they don't take their money off and then they want to charge me for a late fee until they get that glitch fixed I would not rate them very well with auto pay

Do not rent from here!! The unit they assigned me was taken when I got there. They wouldn’t answer the phone so I had no idea where to put my items.My storage unit flooded and damaged my mattress and other items. They never answer the phones which caused massive problems throughout the summer. They kept claiming my payments weren’t going through as they already took money out of my account. They were super unorganized and unprofessional. Do not rent from here. It was the most stressful storage place I have ever been too. I would give 0 stars if possible.On the positive side, when the gal did answer the phone she was as helpful as she could be.

Incompetent, rude, technical issues…. Do yourself a favor and find another storage unit. If I could leave this review as 0/5 I would, but I have to click 1 star to post this review.I rented a storage unit, u -haul and had family help me move my house hold goods. When I got to the storage facility The gate code I was issued didn’t work. I called the office several times and left several messages. I finally got ahold of the office and was greeted by a rude woman. I canceled my service immediately. It’s now raining and I’m left without any help to finish my move. They completely sabotage my move with complete incompetence. To add insult to injury the office manager was rude and incompetent.

I absolutely LOVE this business! I’ve had numerous storages and none of them made me feel like my things were really safe….. Until I came here! The lady Judy, is AWESOME! She allowed me to pick what I wanted and she offered me better options for my money! I really like that I wasn’t pressured to get something other than what I asked for, she’s friendly, understanding and she exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this business!

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Purchased an online storage from this facility. After fifteen minutes of explaining I purchased online I don't need a storage shed , pretty sure the lady was waking up still. We finally got on same page just to be ignored rest of morning. No callback, wouldn't answer wouldn't return a voicemail. Your job is customer service! If you don't like it maybe find another. Rude and Unprofessional !!!
