I am currently waiting on their customer service to pick up as I am in store and they told me that they can't help me and I can only be helped over the phone. I have waited 1 hour and 21 minutes to cancel an order I never made. I don't know what the heck is going on at this point and (as I work from home) I need Wi-Fi asap to work (the modem isn't working). Not much more as I can say as the Wi-Fi has never worked for me either...

I needed to return my equipment. There were 3 employees in the store, no one was ahead of me and I still had a 35 minute wait. Glad I switched to another provider.

I wanted to give a great Thank you to Caleb. I was in and out of the store in 2 minutes when removing services. No run around, great attitude! I am sure they are dealing with some unhappy customers with the current Disney debacle but I appreciate great customer service for the customer and not trying to debate or sway me into other alternatives. Thank you!

The local people at the store were great to work with however the corporate side of things has been a very unpleasant experience. When I called to disconnect my service the representative was very rude saying things like "okay buddy" and when I mentioned that someone had previously said the modem was mine they said "good luck with that". He sounded very hostile towards me and tried to sell faster service. To be fair I expected the attempt at selling more but did not expect the rude presentation of it all. Very unhappy but also solidifies my choice to move on. Treating a 7 year customer who always paid bills on time even after $30/mo increase over that span is disgusting. Would not recommend other service.

Jaxxon was very kind and did everything within their power to help me but my gripe isn’t with the individual, it’s with the company. They told me over the phone that I could go to that location and pick up my modem and router. I get there, they say they don’t have the one I need and will over night one to me. Since I work from home, it is IMPERATIVE that I have internet at home and I just moved into my new place. The equipment didn’t even ship until the next day at the end of business and didn’t show up for an additional two days . I had to take more time off of work that k wasn’t even really allowed to take but my boss worked with me .

They continue to place advertisements on my front door and in my mailbox. I have been waiting for YEARS to have spectrum at my address. Was excited that it might finally happen. Had a guy come in to see if he could put internet cable and phone in, he told me he had to put an order in and it would be a few weeks as we were not set up in the area at all. Then 2 days later. I get a phone call saying never mind because there is no way for them to service my address????? Then why are you putting this stuff in my mailbox? It is irritating to say the least.

It normally isn't busy but this afternoon at 6:30 pm was 17 minute wait in line. The good news was returning a router since I use my own equipment took 1.5 minutes. Customer service very good!

Too many catches and they are just very unorganized. They sale phones that don't have cases to to go with them. One person says one thing in another person says I'll never. They're very messy store and the people are not legit. Do not get the extra lines stick with what you've got until they're all squared away because they are. As I said before. Unorganized!

I've been a loyal customer for 30yrs, & I go in to ask if I can get the same rate they are offering to new customers. I get told I can if I bring everything in & cancel for 30 days & sign up as a new customer. So a loyal customer doesn't matter anymore apparently.All they care about is selling you their mobile phone packages.I shouldn't have to pay almost 300 dollars a month for barely any cable, internet and home phone.

Came into the store on 2/11/2023 @ 10:30 a.m. - I needed help connecting my new phone to Spectrum, the guy that greeted us was not friendly, or maybe he was just tired? I had already transferred the data, he told me that I needed to call customer service to switch the phone to Spectrum. I told him I needed a new SIM card, he grudgingly went to get one and put it in. Then said, "Now call Customer Service"!Wait, isn't that why I came into the store? To receive Customer Service? Ugghh, so we just left and phoned Customer Service at home and THAT Customer Service guy on was Awesome!I never write negative reviews, because I give people the benefit of the doubt, but I seriously think that guy needs some serious coaching on how to speak with customers! I was especially miffed when he walked back to the computer and lazily had his elbow resting on the desk with his chin in his hand.I was going to buy a computer, but that won't be happening at this store.

Daily internet outages around 12:30 am. Today the cut is for 2 hours because of damaged infrastructure. A Michigan ISP that has equipment that fails after a little snow should not operate in Michigan.
