Walked in store and right away sales clerk assisted us without any waiting. Carma got us fitted for the right bed with ease. Making our choice for the right comfort mattress was perfect and she made it easy to order product in less than an hour. Very friendly and new exactly what we needed to get the best sleep and waking up worth out pain.

My wife and I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Sleep Number Kalamazoo…Carma allowed us to take our time to choose the bed we felt comfortable on, that we could afford and without pressure. Right up to the end we felt the decision to purchase was completely up to us. We could have just as easily walked out with or without the bed. Thank you Carma.
