Dreadful customer service from the redhead at front desk. I'm a client of the Sleep Center and so located in the same building, same floor clients literally just walk in. But as a new prospect I have no idea of the procedure and trying to deal with the receptionist who can't be bothered to provide assistance had me walk back out the door to go elsewhere.

We were trying to order supplies and Emily related there was no script in his account. After researching the issue it turns out the NP sent the script to CareLinc we do not use them. So! Emily went over and manually brought the new correct script over to Slerpcare. Thank you Emily for going above and beyond to help with this frustrating issue!And to Janell who helps with keeping me sane at times!Terri Hoare’

Very upset.I was lied to. I was told straight up I am not covered based on test results. Then come find out they just didn't want to even try to run the prescription because they didn't want to be on the hook in case something came up. I get that money is light. But whoever i talked with pushed me away saying that my test was good and i don't need anything from them. I transferred my prescription to another place and they took it.As a medical patient with long term chronic health problems, I'm tired of being yanked around and gaslit.Don't lie to customers who just want a better quality of life.

Several times i have paid my bill and then get bill that says I never paid them. Showed them proof and zero apology for mistake

The people are nice and once you get a hold of someone, they're very helpful. They do a good job of getting replacement parts to me, masks, filters, hoses etc. It's getting in touch with someone if you need to that's the problem. Every time I've tried to call, it gets sent to voicemail and if I leave a message, it takes days before they call back. If you can't answer when they call, you'll have to call back and leave another message so if you're at all busy and can't answer the phone whenever they call, expect to play an extended game of phone tag. I'm starting to think they just don't answer the phone when it rings as a policy. Very frustrating. Also, their online portal for payments freezes on my phone every time I try to make a payment. I have to use a PC browser and even then it's slow.

This company has gone downhill. They are terrible about servicing equipment, and getting refills. In the past they would reach out monthly to take orders and now its a pain to get ahold of them and order stuff. Do not recommend.

Worst company every!! The delivery driver is very shady and inconsiderate and in a none marked car. Didn’t even care that he was taking up my entire drive way and took 10 minutes to find a package while I was waiting in the drive way. He was too busy dancing and singing to do his job. The billing department is even worse. You can never talk to anyone to make a payment and there is no one there when they claim they have business hours. You leave messages for a call back but don’t expect anyone to call you back. Phones all go straight to voicemail. When you do get to talk to someone you are speak with Cindy who is the rudest person every. Claims she only works two days a week and that someone is supposed to check her messages and they never do. Not the brightest when it comes to keeping track of her voicemails. So hard to even make a payment. This company needs to be out of business or get some better business practices!!

Great service. They are easy to reach, helpful in reordering supplies, carry a wide selection of equipment and provide helpful fitting to insure you get the right mask.
