Steve is very customer oriented. Willing to share his vast amount of knowledge. Helped me learn my true shoe size now that I'm older. Repairing some of my favorite boots which I'll pick up in a couple of weeks

I seen their shows on a commercial. Decided to give it a try. I have Osteoarthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease and other factors that make it hard to go out. I tried on a lot of shoes, Rita and Steve were so patient with me trying to find a pair that I could walk comfortably with…I wore my Gdefy shoes today to Sam’s Clubs. Big adventure for me. The shoes were awesome..my knees that need to be replaced even made it through the walking. I am so glad I seen that commercial. And Steve and Rita were AWESOME! Thank you.

Got a zipper fixed in November, same thing happened again by January and they wouldnt guarantee the work, at $25 a fix, I wont be back!!Update: dropped my coat off today to be fixed again free of charge. I appreciate your willingness to garauntee your work!!

Excellent shoe repair - been coming here for years - and also to buy great shoes. I mentioned to the owner that I have had a foot issue all my life where my sock twists around my foot. The owner recognized my problem and put me into a pair of Kybota shoes.The problem went from a major issue to a minor sock adjust maybe once a day. I can not recommend this store enough.

It would've been 5 stars, but .. They do great work, very impressed with the work done on 2 pair of shoes. However, yesterday I took a pair of boots in for what seemed a simple request and was flat out refused by the "rude" lady at the counter. No explanation, just "no, won't do it" .. I even said I wouldn't feel bad if it didn't work, it was still NO .. I was in total shock and disappointment!

Dropped off my Doc’s to get cleaned up and they did such a great job. They look brand new. The folks working at the shop were so nice and great. Would go back.
