You can drop off (pre-labeled) and pick up ground packages and the employee (Shawn) that you deal with is exceptionally friendly and helpful.Yes, FedEx Ground lets you down occasionally, but the folks at this location have been nothing but top-notch.”
“Thank you to the ground delivery driver and the air service agent working June 17th, 2024 at 515pm at the Corporate Road location in Portage, MI. I wish I had caught their names but they went out of their way to make sure our time sensitive delivery made it out the door even after I was running late. After the tornado hit the main facility, I can't imagine all the logistics issues they have been working with. It would have been easier for them to both just tell me sorry you are too late. But they took the time to make sure our packages got out the door and to their destinations on time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!”
