possibly the rudest people I have ever been greeted by, I wanted $20 of gas and had a $50 they Refused to take it. I mean YOU ARE A GAS Station ... guess what, gas costs a lot of money so $50 or even $100 when buying $20+ of gas is normal. Not to these people, until they start hire people with actual common sense I would say STAY away. I tried giving 0 stars it doesn't allow you to. .I have also filed a complaint to SHELL as well.

I come from Illinois and by us they don’t care too much about being clean. I walked into that gas station smells like fresh coffee and cleaning supplies. Cashier Tiffany was super friendly and she kept that bathroom literally spotless. Like it was just put in. The floor was freshly mopped and smelled great. & the store was stocked and had almost everything you possibly needed for snacks. Which was good because I had two dogs with me that were lil hungry and she helped me out with a cup for my pups! Thanks girl!This will be a shell I come back to everytime im traveling to portage Michigan. Thanks y’all!

I usually have a great experience at this location but recently I’ve been met with a horrible attitude from the new girl working in the morning. She actually cussed me out about 20 minutes ago because I was annoyed that she didn’t have the coffee set up again

Lovely experience - clean, well lit and well organized, and a helpful, friendly cashier even at 11pm. Will return on my next road trip.

E85 is 20 cents more expensive that regular unleaded which is bizarre and their pumps don’t accept cards when I was there.

I stopped for coffee at 8am just to find out not all shells are the same ... No coffee .. the garbage in the pots undrinkable ... Wont be going back

This is the only gas station I stop at on my road trips between Chicago and Detroit. It is always clean. Tha bathroom is clean and well kely. Staff is pleassant, even at late night hours. The whole area is well lit. Easy entry/exit for folks getting on and off I94. They have great fresh coffee selections and the price of gas is usually not too high.
