Had me drive from south haven told me to leave my name and number and it would take a couple hours to check my stuff out as I said u could have told me this when I called and his smart comment was we'll u can go to disk traders in battle creek if you don't like it. Poor service, rude behavior, I'd recommend not doing business with them I did go to disc traders got 35 more then what 2nd chance quoted me too I think I'll take my business to disc traders from now on and you should too I would have gave zero stars if it had that number

I enjoyed shopping here. They had plenty of 3D blu-ray movies that I’ve been collecting and they went above and beyond and cleaned the disks if they had any smudges or scratches. I highly recommend this place because they have video games for almost every console no matter the generation. I’ll be returning soon for more 3D movies

Called before coming in to see what prices were for trading in console when I got there and when they told me what the price was different from on the call. It was only a $15 price difference but still misleading and seems somewhat scammy

My grandson got me started going to your store the one in Portage Michigan now I buy all my movies and TV shows from you and my grandson brings in his old PlayStation so he can put that toward other video games from you your prices are very reasonable and everyone there is so friendly and very knowledgeable you can tell they all enjoy working there I will give you more than five stars if I could

Service is very knowledgeable and friendly. Wide selection of everything and fair prices can’t beat it in any store in southwest Michigan. The store is also very clean. If you sell anything to them you will get more than any other store out there. I highly recommend comming and checking out the place!

Selling $4 Pokémon reproduction games for $55 is laughable and disgusting. This store used to be a great place to get a solid deal on games, now it's not. Look at how much inventory they have. It's much cheaper getting on eBay.

Love the deals......BUT check your box's and cases before leaving. I opened my Toy Story Blu Ray that was supposed to be four desk. It was only 3 ? and not to mention. My sibling bought The Cat returns and it had disciple me in there....moral of story check ya items before making your exit

The staff are fine. Quality of the products you can buy are hit or miss. This kind of store just doesn't need to exist anymore. They rly dont have many games anymore (prbly bc everyone went digital only with games anyway) and I'm not sure if there is rly a market for DVDs and Blurays anymore either. Would rather they donate their remaining inventory to some libraries and just sell their store to a business that is more relevant. Physical media is dead and I'm not sure how long a 2nd hand media store can survive these days.

They have great deals and a wide selection of classic video games in here. I was very impressed by the employee who helped me. He came off as kind, knowledgeable and genuine. Will be back when I'm driving through Kalamazoo

Pretty good used video game store with a decent selection of games ranging from the Sega Genesis all the way to the Nintendo Switch. I’ve bought a Nintendo switch from this location before as well as several games. They also sell used CDs, Blue Rays, and DVDs as well. I’m a used video game collector so I’m more acquainted with the video game products they sell here, and they have a few collectors items like a sealed copy of Pokémon red and blue and some pretty rare systems. Overall I strongly recommend coming here if you’re like me and like to buy your games second hand!

Best retro/modern video game store in portage, but that's not saying too much because "treasure quest" is gross and GameStop doesn't even carry 3ds games anymore. Still second chance is a decent place to buy and sell.
