Every second of our experience inside seat n sleep was wonderful. Walking in, it wasn’t the typical stuffy furniture store feel, and the salesman wasn’t pushy. We were able to walk through and browse without being bothered or pushed to make a sale, big points there.The owner noticed us taking interest in several different sectionals and stepped in just long enough to give us the important information and stepped away again, exactly the right amount of attention for us. And he was incredibly personable and easy to talk to.And for the dog lovers out there (which I ? am) they have an amazing beautiful black shepherd there all the time that just made my whole day getting to love on. What a great mascot ❤️Overall, great company, great experience, and in my home I love my purchase. 10/10 I will be giving them my business again.

Super nice people! Super easy to get around! Lots of selection. I got a new mattress & it is amazing! My family got a beautiful Paris painting as well. The process was very easy, which was very appreciated!

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! Horrible customer service and rude. I am a multiple time repeat customer and went to buy a new furniture for my sister who is elderly and had a broken arm and leg. I knew exactly what I wanted when I went in with my sister in the car and paid for the furniture. First I went in and this huge dog came up to me and tried to jump up while I was waiting on them to run our card. The transaction cleared and as I was already home I got a call that they were cancelling the order because I signed my name. I said yes, I am on the account. This was the second time we had been to look for her mind you. They said I was committing a fraudulent purchase. I said I can come back and show you if you would like. She woman said no you are banned from purchasing here. My sister really wanted the furniture so my friend who has purchased from there before went and paid for it with her card and when we went to pick it up with the sales receipt they would not give it to us and called her and she said yes my friends are picking it up for me. Nope! They called my husband who was no part of any of it multiple times and had many choice words for him. Needless to say ALL my friends will know not to buy from them! This place is an absolute joke.

We bought a loveseat and have had nothing but problems, with the seat and with customer service. The handles have broken on both sides and now one of them has broken again. The first time the one broke, the gentleman came out that afternoon and it was fixed. When the other side broke it was you had to make a call they put in a work order the part it took a month to get here. Now here it is the third time I've sent two emails within the last two days made a call Christina the manager said she didn't receive those emails. They've never had any problems with these loveseats with the handles breaking. she couldn't talk to me because she had two customers at the store and another phone call. She said obviously it's not the loveseat it's us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

We bought our new sectional almost a month ago from a Facebook Friday event. We are very happy with it and appreciated the service we had in the store. I was helped on my first time in by Kellee Davis. She was patient and understanding through all of my questions and indecision. She was knowledgeable about other deals and products that were similar to what we were looking for so that I could compare different options. She gave real advice and opinions on them, instead of pushing like some people in sales tend to do. Unfortunately that day, I couldn’t bring myself to make the decision (but narrowed it down to 2) without my partner being able to check them out with me. We came back later that week to make the decision together. Kellee was off that day, so we were helped by Jeano Williams. He was very friendly and high energy. He was patient with us as we both went back and forth with pros and cons about the sectionals we were deciding between. We ended up coming to a decision and purchasing it that trip. While ringing it up, he was very personable, and we had a nice conversation about a common interest. We ended up having a family member pick it up in-store the next day, and then we put it together ourselves. Luckily, that turned out to be a great decision for us, because it saved us a pretty penny and it was super easy to put together!

Wonderful customer service, and great merchandise. I highly recommend this place if you need to buy new furniture. I think this is the best furniture store I've ever shopped at.

We got one of the Facebook Friday deals. I LOVE our sectional! The gentleman to assisted us in the purchase was a delight. We left smiling and had it delivered the next day! Highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience in store and with delivery. The store has a lot of various styles of furniture and prices. Delivery guys was polite and when they discovered a problem with the furniture piece they took it back and got one that wasn't damaged. I'll be returning for future furniture purchases.

The customer service was beyond disappointing today . We purchased a living room set back in January and after only having the new ottoman for a month it broke. We called and they sent out a repair man and repaired our “new” ottoman.(this should have been our first sign)That repair lasted a week . We were told to come in and pick out another ottoman as the one we had bought was discontinued. We went to the store picked a new ottoman out and they told us we would have it in 4-6 weeks at no additional charge . It’s now the end of July and I stop at the store on July 25th and they said it will be in on tomorrow’s truck . They call me the very next day and told me it had arrived on todays truck. I go to pick it up today (July 31st), so my 4th time there (and almost 6 months later) I bring the old ottoman in and they asked me to pay the difference between ottoman 1 and 2 , this was not the arrangement we discussed months ago . I said that’s not what we were told when we came to pick out a new one when we found out the other ottoman was discontinued. They did refund us the money after arguing with my wife on the phone for 10 minutes and myself sitting there for a hour and 15 minutes. They have lost a customer and we will never refer them to friends or family and will tell others to never go there to purchase furniture.Sincerely ,One very disappointed former customer.

Fast service. Had a good selection. Found the recliner rocker that fit the wife perfectly. Had in stock. If we had to wait for an order, it would have been a two or three day wait. They offer Scotch Gard if you want it.
