Went into the store looking for a replacement fridge and Jacob showed us all of the options he had, we ended up choosing something we really liked and good a really good deal! The customer service Jacob gave us was so good, we’ll be back for that microwave!

Employee welcomed me as I walked in. Ask if I had any questions. Let me shop. Checked in with me. Was able to look up previous purchases. Over all I had a good experience.

As soon as I walk in I'm greeted with a smiling face and every helpful staff members, any questions I had they made sure I understood the answer and or the appliance I was going to get. Warehouse staff makes sure everything is wrapped and loaded carefully and helps with ties downs. Overall I'm satisfied with the service they provide and will be getting more things from them in the future .

We purchased a scratch n dent oven last week only to get it home and hooked up to realize there was a gas leak from inside the oven. We were worried when the receipt said "all sales final" but when we called to inquire, Rae was great and told us we could come pick out a replacement stove. We went that night and picked a different oven and it was delivered less than 12 hours later. No hassle at all. Thank you to Rae for making this experience painless, we very much appreciate your assistance. We will come back ?
