“I do not live close to this post office but it was open today (Saturday) between 10-12 so it fit into my visit to Kalamazoo from Battle Creek. The clerk, Melody, was extremely pleasant and helpful and I was in and out in a matter of about 2 minutes, having a package to mail. Parking is convenient and there appeared to be enough spots for the busy times.”

“3.4 stars is too low for this post office. I sell goods online and have shipped over 100-150 parcels through this post office. Never had any issues and staff is always friendly. I moved from Portage to downtown and pass by the two post offices closer to me, to continue taking my parcels here. Best postal office in kalamazoo by far.”
