Craig vestal the owner refuses to pay what he owes me. I told him I would give him a 10% for being a mbe member. We worked with Craig for 3 weeks. I had an employee do some real hard manual labor for Craig. Once it was over, he pretended he misunderstood what our agreement was. My fault for not having him sign anything. He however is a real dirt ball for refusing to pay. He had my guy do some real hard work. To not pay after we gave Craig a real personal experience is a real slap in the face. We did a great job for him and he is screwing over a locally owned family business.

Far cheaper than any other printing service in town, yet still great quality and personal service. It’s so nice to actually be able to talk to a human about my print jobs, and the staff are all very experienced and insightful.

I needed to print some items for work and after a really bad experience with a national chain office printing store I decided I should've been using a local printer the entire time. I've driven past portage printing many times, always admiring the fun retro style. A big sign promising "We specialize in impossible deadlines!" Hangs in one of the windows. They have a flock of pink flamingos welcoming you as you pull in, and they have vintage parking meters all in a row in front of the building. When you walk in the vintage theme continues. Retro posters on the walls and a gorgeous antique printing press is on display. The friendliest human ever, Matt, was so wonderful to work with. He made sure to tell me the exact size I needed to make my file for the best results and was so good at explaining the differences between the different file types. The prices were far better than any offered at the national chain, and the service was leaps and bounds above. I left incredibly happy with the quality of my prints and the service I had received. I'll be using Portage printing for all my work and personal printing needs from now on!
