What a great courier service! I called a bunch of Michigan couriers Thanksgiving night and Jason was the only one to call me back. Had an important medical device that needed to be delivered the next morning and they took care of it. I highly recommend them!!

I wish there was an option for more than 5 stars. At this point we've now used this company on two separate occasions and both times have been nothing short of flawless. This last service we requested was an odd one and we were definitely just winging the situation. I also need to add it was later in the evening when most companies had no driver available because everyone was ending for the day. Despite it being end of day Portage contacted one of their drivers in the area that was going to be ending his day and they easily and kindly agreed to take on our task. Not only were they successful with something that we weren't sure would work out they kept our company in the loop every step of the way and coordinated all of the upcoming steps that would need to take place since they were successful in the task we requested. We're located all the way in California and it's important that we use reliable, honest and organized courier for our clients because it becomes a reflection of us. I'm very happy to say that any clients in the boundaries of Michigan that Portage can service we will only be using them with full confidence. They've set the bar high for all courier services moving forward in each state.

Jason helped get us out of a jam when the original shipper dropped the ball. Excellent customer service, prompt responsiveness, and done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!
